Very helpful staff. I received a Groupon for laser hair removal and had a million questions about the whole procedure. And when I left, I felt more than comfortable with that info to proceed... Very professional... Very affordable... Very clean, private and comfortable...

I had the pleasure of working with Kayla or Kaylee? I'm sorry I'm horrible with names. I bought a Groupon for a wash cut and style after not cutting my hair for a year and she was outstanding! Accomodating, caring and attentive. I would definitely go back!!

I haven't been to Maison Fritz for many years, but I thought I would return to have my hair styled for an event. Ruth was amazing for not knowing my hair or style, she did what she does best...listened and worked with my hair to add height, volume, and waves that were amazing. She took her time ( I had arrived an hour earlier than the time), but she graciously accommodated me ( I think the poor girl was just sitting down for lunch) We had a lovely chat, shared some laughs and it was an overall wonderful experience. The salon has had a face lift and it was very clean and inviting. I will return! Thank you Ruth! ( I had many compliments that night)

I have had quite a few bad experiences with salons and especially over the past 3 years...poor colouring, not listening to what I am aiming for with colour and even cut, and spiked prices (ie double due to COVID supposedly)...but Maison Fritz has always paired me up with a great stylist and I have been always happy with my colour/balayage and style that suits my hair and face. Bonus, I don't get a heart attack with the price! Really worth booking with. A tip to the salon...please ensure that all products are vegan friendly :)

Hi! I went into Maison Fritz for the first time and had a lovely experience. However, I went in wanting an ombré and received a balayage. The balayage was done wonderfully and I am happy with the end result it was just not what I had gone in wanting.My stylist and I had a conversation (including images) where I thought my hairstylist understood I wanted ombré, but it wasn’t until the blow drying that she used the term balayage.I give it 3 stars because although the final product was executed well, it was not what I wanted.I would recommend this salon though! The atmosphere of the store was wonderful and my stylist was amazing to talk to! :)

First haircut in 3 years, and I was very nervous because I have really long hair. Victoria made me feel comfortable through the entire process and she understood what I wanted better than even I did! I walked out feeling great and I'd highly recommend Victoria and this salon to anyone who is nervous about haircuts or just wants a warm, welcoming environment to relax in.

I can not say ENOUGH,ab ou t Alex. I am extremely fussy and a little crazy about my hair. My stylist retired and I was panicked. Thank goodness she retired! I would not have found Alex!Not only does she obviously know and love her craft, she's a doll!..Fantastic experience, I now have my go to girl!..Do yourself a favor..Call ask for Alex!
