Sawatzky's Auto Repair

I've had both of my vehicles in, twice for service on different issues. First, my truck, it needed a water pump and they got it replaced, flushed the system as it was quite rusty, and provided a complimentary look over of the vehicle and let me know where things were starting to wear and need replacement, didn't try to sell me on anything, just wanted to make me aware of it. Late I booked it in for exhaust work. They replaced all the hardware, and did extra work that I wasn't expecting, it sounds great now, no leaks! My car went in for AC and it was repaired and is still working great, it had a leak which they took care of and recharged. The second time it went in was for a ton of front end work which I was super impressed with the time they charged me to do, on top of that they were able to take care of the wheel alignment, in house and it is the best wheel alignment I've had! Thank you Bryan, Dexter and the crew for taking care of my vehicles!

Great staff. Quick and reasonable price

Went there to get my daughters car worked on which they did but didn’t do a thorough job. Net result was a substantial oil leak from the undercarriage. Was going to take it back to Sawatzky’s but through time constraints I had to take it to Cam Clark Ford instead of Sawatzky’s. Long story short Cam Clark Ford found the problem to be an oil leak that was caused because Sawatzky’s mechanic didn’t put a necessary O-ring in the work they did on the transmission control module causing the oil leak. My daughter ended up paying close to $600 at Ford to get the problem corrected.I called Sawatzky’s and told them what had happened but the woman there said because they didn’t fix the/their problem they wouldn’t be responsible for any of it. Lol.From this they are basically telling me and Ford that our word and work on the facts doesn’t mean anything. Odd this is because I’ve never heard of Sawatzky’s to be this way before. My daughter and I will eat this cost and move on. Just thought I should warn the public for future considerations.

Absolutely amazing. Had a late in the day emergency and ended up at Fountain Tire in Olds. They called around and got me in to Sawatzky after 3 pm. They tried to get my SUV finished and when they couldn't until the next day they gave me a loaner to get home. Was treated like a long time customer when I wasn't even from the area!

Only went here because it was local... Had a bad feeling from the start.... They didn't do the job I asked and charged me 100$ for the job they didn't do. It's my loss I guess. I had such a bad feeling that I asked them if they knew what I wanted done before I left and they said yes. They basically just stole my catalytic converter and charged me for it when I could have done it myself without taking the day off from work. The receptionist is extremely rude and told me that they are confused on what I want because they get alot of my cars in the shop..... I bet they get alot of them in the shop because they can't do the job correctly in the first place. Get some one that's educated running the front desk. I'll recommend that no one goes here in my car community.

They are amazing!! The workers are super thorough and made sure everything was in working order before they returned my car! Would definitely be going back and recommending them to everyone!

Best place to take your vehicle trustworthy didn’t over charge and fixed sooner then expected

Had a repair done here earlier this year and it needed warranty repairs for the parts. They were very accommodating and even drove me back to calgary when my repair took parts that were not initially anticipated and needed more time than I had. Overall, happy to have vehicle back up and running finally.

The guys here are great!!! I got a second hand car recently (an old subaru) and it turned out to have quite a few problems. The worst being a cyl 3 misfire and after i took it in they replaced my spark plugs/ fixed some wiring that was causing my car to shudder quite awfully and got me a new air filter and fixed my splash plate that was making horrendously embarrassing sounds lol. (There was a few other things they did too that have slipped my mind)They had it back to me in no time and now she runs like a charm. Really appreciate these guys and how helpful they were! 10/10 would recommend.

It is the best place ever! They picked up my car and dropped it off when they were done. Explained everything they did and the cost of repair was 1/4 of the price that i thought it would be. I recommend them to anyone who wants great honest service! Thank you. Sharon
