Best workshop in Durham region, very reasonable and they know what they are doing and won't charge you extra

**I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE**Hello all,Im astounded by the disgusting service this repair shop has. Amir the main individual running the shop has less than zero customer service within him, and is disgustingly rude.I had attempted to get my rotors changed by this shop and spoke with Amir. After agreeing to a service charge I was told we need to order parts. I followed up for 2 days with Amir who was rude, and blunt throughout the whole interaction.After the 2nd day waiting on parts I called to follow up regarding getting the work done. I was told that I ask two many questions and that he didn’t want to do do work on my car. The only questions I asked Amir was what company rotors he’d be using to do the repair, and when we can get it done by.Amir was so rude he told on call that he doesn’t do work for people who ask questions. Please don’t waste your time at disgusting shops like this and go to a shop who has standards. I’m pretty sure half the reviews on here are family and friends because any normal human being wouldn’t do business with these uneducated individual who lack basic decency and respect.

Doesn’t know his job. Kept recommending me different options for my vehicle as it was having a flashing engine light. Charged me $40 for nothing. Not friendly and a guy with attitude as if he doesn’t care for his customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

A family member recommended Federal Auto. I brought my son's car in today, and the service was great. Amir was very professional and honest and only fixed what needed to be done but also advised me of what else needs to he done in the future, which I appreciate! I will definitely be going back. Thanks again.

Most recently I walked in for oil change in afternoon- was quick, and cheapest price in Ajax/Pickering. Been going for 3+ years now. Honest people. Also asked to check out car issue and he was able to figure out what's causing it and fixed that too for low cost. Highly recommend. Only problem is that they don't really pick up phone.

Very honest mechanic & technicians.Best prices for the job you need to be done.I came here first 3-4 years ago and since then, I regret all the times I haven’t done any of my vehicles here.If you need any help with your vehicle, come here first. Or if any Major dealer schedules your service and recommends that you do many stuff, bring the parts and come here.You’ll save hundreds for sure.All the best and I will be your client and will recommend your garage all the time to all my friends in Durham region.

Went to Federal Auto Repair for an oil change due to the reviews i read online. The service was very fast and professional.Wait time was not bad at all.They did a thorough amazing job and are very very very reasonable on the prices compared to any other shop.

Owner can be a little tough on the outside but kind inside. Great customer service , good mechanics and knows what they are doing . Reliable service and reasonable pricing . I would recommend to anyone looking to get their car fixed .
