Second Cup Cafe
Everytime I went there to get a drink, second cup never disappoints! I first discovered this place because I wanted to have matcha before my art lessons but didn't want to go to far to another cafe so I tried second cup for the first time. It turns out that they have the best matcha latte I've had as well as the chai latte. It's not too sweet, nor too bland, just perfect! Last time, I requested less sugar and they adapted my request amazingly!! The baristas are very friendly and it seems like they love their job. They always greet you when you come in! It creates a very good first impression on the place and gives off wonderful vibes :^)I'll go there again tomorrow for some matcha, it's absolutely the best!!

Went in about 2 weeks ago to get a drink, there was 1 girl making the coffee and I pressume the manager taking care of the cash as ive seen her before managing the girls in the shop. After she served this couple, i was next in line, she has seen me waiting in line and this other customer, but the manager chose to make a call. She turned her back and was in the call for at least a couple of minutes. The other customer left and then i decided to leave a minute after. This manager has no sense in good customer service. Never going there again very disrespectful.

The bald man who served me on Thursday was absolutely horrible! The girl working behind the counter was running from one end to the others trying to fulfil the orders while the man was sitting in the corner watching a video on full volume. The man barely helped the girl making her tend to the cash and drinks. I felt so bad for the girl having to do everything herself! Do better!

Terrible service. I went there +60 minutes before closing. There were two tables with clients and I sat with my coffee next to the window. The people left and I was alone in the restaurant. The cashier put the chairs over the tables, I asked her if they were closing and she told me not to worry, she just needed to sweep the floor.All chairs upside down over the tables, one hour before closing. The lady started cleaning the floors with strong detergent. I had to leave because it was impossible to be there with the odor. The coffee was not even good. Worst experience in the second cup. If you are going to remain open until x hour in the evening, you need to maintain the place ready to receive customers.AVOID THIS COFFEE SHOP, terrible service and very poor coffee quality.

So many of the workers here have the most horrendous attitude. The customer service is abysmal and I think everyone here should be replaced and fired for better people. This place is not worth a single cent. Do not ever step foot into this place. No one here's going to treat you right.

I just went in for a coffee. There was 2 girls behind the counter taking Uber Eat orders. I could hear the bing from the phone and they kept looking at the phone to prepare the Uber order. They never made eye contact with me, never said hi or even just talk to me so after a few minutes of them ignoring me I just left. This place has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICEI’m disgusted. They just ignore me even though I was the only one in front of them.

This is where I go before work for my morning coffee, and I tip every time. Generally I like the service, they even remember my order. But one thing I never see the staff do is clean the tables. Practically every time I go I have to throw out some left over garbage, then go get some napkins and wipe the table of the crumbs. Question for management: why aren't the staff doing this? Should I stop tipping? Sincerely.
