Hôtel Quintessence

Huge room with even larger bathroom than expected. We had a beautiful view overlooking a frozen lake and a real fireplace that was stocked daily. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Most impressive was service by employees. Great job Quintessence

We travel a lot around the world, have a rich experience staying in hotels, and we can testify that the Quintessence hotel is one of the best luxury places. It offers an excellent service, quiet beautiful environment, and surrounding nature. Guest windows and balconies face a beautiful lake. This place is a must to experience.

I just want to say that from the moment we stepped on your property our service was nothing short of divine. We felt like family and there was not an aire of stress or intensity in the atmosphere of your establishment, it was pure bliss from start to finish and for that I am blown away and charmed with your culture here at Le Quintessence. I will certainly be recommending my clients to stay here. The views are absolutely amazing, sipping my espresso, watching the sunset with orange glares over the turquoise blue lake made for cotton candy hues that I will never forget. Our breakfast was divine the following morning white truffle oil with our lox eggs, Benedict, and the best hollandaise sauce I’ve ever sampled. Our warm fireplace paired with French music decorated our room with a romantic and relaxing ambience. It is no surprise to me that this property has made Forbes 2023 travel guide. Huge congratulations to you! The presidential suite is also phenomenal and offers a private Jacuzzi and large terrace for entertaining. Thank you very much for your outstanding hospitality. A truly magnificent hotel! It's cosy, luxurious, rustic, and elegant in a glorious setting. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating and really pay great attention to detail. Our room had so many fantastic details (not to mention an unforgettable view). A fireplace in the room, soft jazz playing on arrival, a gigantic bathroom (with underfloor heating) and wall to wall soft furnishings were just some of them! We got the bed and breakfast package, and it's definitely worth it for the breakfast alone. Their chefs are excellent at what they do, and the croissant before breakfast stands out as something special.This was also a long overdue weekend break for us, and this place was really outstanding. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool, spa, or main restaurant (although their magnificent wine cellar caught my eye!) Cannot recommend it highly enough!

Best hotel in town! Usually preferred by locals. Totally worth it. This area is the Lake Como of Quebec.Great venue, hospitality & service. Upscale interior design. Great room service and delicious restaurant. The restaurant houses an impressive collection of wines. However, Restaurant menu could have more options.

Amazing experience from the very first moment we stepped into the hotel!Amazing customer service, from the front desk, to the doorman, to the bell boy, to the waitresses.I felt welcomed and at home.I chose room 306 because it has an open view on the lake and huge panoramic view.There was an actual fire place, the room was huge, attentions from the staff was incredible and the quality of every experience was superb!Breakfast was exceptional and dinner absolutely memorable.The hotel is clean and perfectly located.My new favorite place!

We love this hotel for our family. But, the pool is a downer. I fully get the idea of a Nordic experience, but I never saw anybody ever go into the pool for more than 3 seconds (often scream out loud ands run out!) the entire four day stay. It's a shame. If the temp was higher, people would flock to the beautiful pool.

Cannot do better than Quintessence. Staff and service is next level, every conceivable detail is looked after. Every room has an amazing view of the lake. Restaurant is exceptional.

This is the best place to stay in Mont Tremblent! The rooms are beautiful, extremely clean and maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great view overlooking Lac Tremblent. We were able to come back to our room and sit in front of the fire after a day of skiing. It was only a few minutes walk to the Pedestrian Village but the valets were happy to drop us off and pick us up with our ski equipment. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

How this hotel doesn't a 5.0 rating is beyond me. Have stayed here ~15 times and it keeps getting better. Great location, great view of the lake, great restaurant and spa. Staff is excellent.
