Had an amazing experience here today! Staff were so friendly and helpful and honestly would recommend in a heart beat!! Visited a couple of companies before hand and these had the best price and friendliest service! We had three watches done, one with a front facing watch (glass taken out to replace battery) ! I visited the Chester store with two watches, both needed new batteries and one needed the strap repairing. Was told it would take approximately 30mins. They were done on time and were very helpful. I asked a question about another watch I needed to repair and they gave me all the information I needed and said I could pop in with that watch whenever! Excellent service, thank you.

Absolutely top class service, called in with my son & his Hamilton Watch today, and they absolutely went above and beyond to talk to him about it, how unique it was etc, the design, the functions etc, baring in mind he's 17, they treated him superbly.(bought it when 15 with money earned from his own business)Such a good service, even offered me WhatsApp for images/ pricing for work on my TAG Heuer......Would also like to mention how professional and respectful they were explaining to an Arse customer they do not allow people to try on Rolex (I think) over the counter, but took the time to explain they would, for free, size correctly for any buyer, customer spat his dummy out and left which for us was quite amusing......lolThe shop composed themselves in a very professional manner and 100% have all my business going forward.

Bought a Sekonda with a metal strap, thought I would be able to adjust myself wrongly. Went to Time-Piece watch repairs they promised the alteration in 30 mins and gave me a cost, they were true to their word and did a great job keeping their promise. I would definitely use again and would recommend to everyone!
