My wife Judy had the teeth cleaning and filling done this afternoon. She is extremely happy about the service and highly recommend to her friends. She said they are very patient, nice and gentle. This is the first time after almost fifteen years dealing with different dentists. She is impressed about the professional ethic as well. She was told by another dentist that she had a lot of issues with her teeth. She was told this afternoon she had issues of calculus requiring intense treatment. They checked the x-rays carefully and there are no cavities as mentioned by previous dentist. She was deeply touched by telling me they are not focused on profit making.Last but not the least, she would have the slightest hesitation in recommending Yong Weldrick Dental Centre to anyone.They deserve the five+ star rating.

I went to this dental office a couple of times. The first time I went there, because I don't know how they are doing, I had many questions for the receptionist. And what amazed me is the receptionist are so patient and professional. They really care about their customer and they make sure all my concerns are clear. Hygienist Mariah is so nice, she gave me some anaesthetic to make me comfortable during the whole process. Because of Covid I didn't go to dental office for years, my teeth are in bad condition. She also taught me how to use tooth wire. After that Dr Mu came and checked my teeth very carefully. She explained all the details and what happened about my teeth. She gave me professional suggestion how to fix the problem and some tips how to take care of our teeth. The receipt I received shows clearly what items I got. I am really satisfied their service. They are professional, they diagnosed what your issue is and fix the problem. And they care about their customer which is more important to me. So I recommended the office to my friends and colleagues.

Took my 3 year old for her first dental appointment, Receptions and Dr. Mu are very patient and treated her very well. My daughter to feel calm and confident while in the chair. She has been beaming with pride all day! I am so happy to have Great dental office in our neighborhood！

I had a great experience at the dentist. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The dentist was attentive and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

I have been to several Dental Clinics and Dr.Mu is the best. She is a nice lady with not only experiences and professional skills, but also patient care oriented (always ask if you are good, make sure you have no pain, briefly let you know what's the process she is doing now).The who environment and equipment there is clean, tidy, specially during COVID-19 period, the whole team is professional and friendly, Lily, Novia, Alex and other staffs they are great.

Unfortunately, I have to say that I didn’t enjoy my visit with this dental office at all. I would rate 0 stars if that’s an option. This dental office had bad services and was not professional at all. I came for periodontal scaling and consultation regarding orthodontics. Since I am a new patient,  they asked me to take 6 pieces of X-ray which is fine with me, then, the owner Dr.Mu came and checked my teeth for their record. During the session, they have never mentioned  or explained about all the charges for the treatment. In the end, they didn’t give me any receipt or invoice  about my treatment. The next day, I received an insurance claim of total charges of $542 ($157 exam fees + $73 panoramic xray + $94 bitewing X-ray +$210 scaling and polishing+$8 Fluoride). Which I never thought would be so expensive.As Dr.Mu said, I have 3 teeth that need filling and one of them is kind of urgent. I made another appointment with them next week. And told the treatment with another dentist Dr. Su. He told me there are actually 4 teeth needed to do filling, not 3 which Dr. Mu marked and mentioned at the first time. So, I was really confused about who was right and wrong because both of the dentists are giving me different advice for my treatment. Therefore, I insisted on having Dr. Su to complete the teeth that Dr. Mu marked and he agreed. He said he will leave a note on my file and asked Dr. Mu to double check next time.The next morning, when I checked my insurance claim record. The claim document shows different teeth on the treatment done by Dr. Su. I was so worried about them doing a treatment on the wrong teeth instead of the one it needs to be done. When I questioned the receptionist in the dental office. They said Dr. Su made a mistake when he submitted the claim, the treatment on my teeth was completely correct, it was just a typing error on the claim document. So, they have submitted 4 times in total for a single treatment to correct it. At the last claim, I found out the teeth done by Dr.Su are not matched as previous record. And my insurance company even paid an extra amount of money to the dental office and I have to wait for them to issue a refund. They never proactively follow the issue if I don’t speak to them.  I have never come across this situation with other doctors and clinics.The entire treatment and service are unpleasant and disappointing. The treatment fees are not transparent as well. I do not feel like they are professional at all. Now, I will have to schedule another appointment with another dental office for better advice. I will not recommend any person to visit this clinic if you are looking for a professional and reliable dentist.

Great dentist! My family go here for several years now and the service are wonderful. The receptionist are welcome and kind, and the dentists make you feel like family! Appointments are done quickly and easy. Everyone is understanding of your situation. And they take extra care for let you know what's going on with your dental health and always let my family feel this is the place to go.

I had a great experience at this Dental Clinic. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, they made me feel welcome and at ease. The dentists were also fantastic. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of dental care. The front desk and dentists are top notch!

Dr. Mu is responsible and good at what she does. However this one star goes to the receptionist. When I first went to the office there was a pregnant lady who was extremely helpful and sweet. Then she went on a maternity leave and they had this new girl who was rude and had no manners AND terrible at arranging appointment for clients. I believe whoever has the same experience knows which one I’m talking about. I never leave any google review and too bad this is my first review and it is a one star.
