Those donuaghts, seriously...

Tried a bunch of stuff here. The Bratwurst are amazing, I'm not an expert but they seem to be a traditional style with a good myosin bind. Tried a small slab of double smoked bacon. Again, not an expert here either but it looked like it probably came from a smaller (younger?) pig which I've seen before. It makes for a very tender bacon. Perfectly smoked and seasoned, definitely in the top 3 bacons I've ever had. The bacon probably competes with Hopcotts bacon for number 1 to be honest, and I'd have to sample them side by side to make a definitive decision.Prices are very high. The bacon was $38.99 a kilo at the time of this review. Bratwurst were $17.99 a kilo. The other cooked sausages I tried were good but not quite salty enough for my liking. Probably the best or close to the best Bratwurst in town and definitely the best bacon in town.I'm going to give this a 5 star review based solely on the quality of Bratwurst and Bacon. Ideally I'd like to give it a 4.3 or 4.4 overall but it doesn't deserve a 4.

Wow this place has everything you could ever want and more... Quality a cut above the rest.Can't say enough about Polonia Sausage.. Family run business so staff are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.. If your not shopping here you are missing out ..
