Of course we chose the pandemic to begin a new chapter in our lives; Building our dream home! We were in desperate need of a survey of our rural property and IBW certainly delivered. Amanda went above and beyond in assisting us with obtaining additional copies, digital copies, liaising with external offices such as the planning board, land registry office and legal office, not to mention providing us with crucial updates as to the progress of workflow. Honestly, we'd have been utterly lost without her help. She kept contact by telephone and email, following up multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed in order to move forward with our build. When the file was considered closed, she reached out yet again to ensure that we were set. Great help is truly hard to find, exceptional help even moreso. I would confidently recommend the services of IBW knowing they have the technical competency but also an incredible support staff. Job well done!

Great experience and service. Their word to come within 2 weeks was golden. I had to get IBW SURVEYORS to re-peg and place iron markers, as I have a disgruntled neighbour with a sledgehammer. This time they took pictures every peg and noted every location. Thank you to Brandon & staff for getting here so quickly. Great company !
