I had this company referred to me. Install of new kitchen countertops was late with excuses of machinery down, jobs taking longer than expected. This is part out here so I wasn't too upset until the hour after the installers left I had a call to pay the bill immediately. I said that I wanted to see the gas and water hook-ups done satisfactorily before I paid but the owner was relentless in demanding payment. She told me the gasfitting and water was not part of their job. I ended up paying - silly me. Sure enough, when the plumber came to finish he could not get the faucet on as the stone installers either measured incorrectly or didn't pay attention I told them not to put the sink in til they were sure the faucet would fit. They went ahead and guess what? When the plumber tried to install the faucets, he could not. So now the stone installer is back and has been here for over three hours trying to correct their own problem. Why should I have to pay so quickly? Obviously their job was not done satisfactorily as they had to come spend an additional half day. I will not refer this company.

Were very happy with Timeless Stone and Granite. Melanie was so helpful finding the perfect stone and laying out the 4 Countertop pieces out of it, absolutely beutiful. Everything went perfectly.

I was impressed with this company right from the start. Melanie was polite, not condescending like some of the other companies were when i said I was looking for someone to refurbish the granite I already had. The following day, Nick and Jim showed up to measure the granite and countertop and left with my pieces of granite. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Helped to make suggestions as to how the countertops could be laid out. Today the countertops and sink were installed only 2 weeks after my initial phone call. Great guys, great company, I would definitely recommend them! Thank you so much!

I’m so disheartened after working with timeless stone and granite , not only does Melanie take zero accountability for her worker making many mistakes but she is rude and unprofessional and actually had the audacity to hang up on me because I was making valid points. I actually couldn’t believe she hung up on me and thought maybe we got disconnected but after I called back repeatedly and she did not answer I came to the conclusion that she did hang up. First of all she ordered me the wrong sink. I am not happy as I did not want this sink as it’s a totally different design. Furthermore her worker drilled the hole for the faucet in the wrong place too far back. I also saw another review that this happened with another job! The edges of the waterfall were filed totally incorrectly, they did come back to try to fix that. The radius was not properly done and the seam was dirty and very visible and when I had a second opinion they stated that it should not be this visible and was not done properly.There was also a stain right next to the seam that we did not notice before they left. Initially Melanie said they would come in to fix the seam and the radius etc but after we did not hear from her and I called and left her a few messages I finally got her on on the phone by accident because she was dialling out at the exact same time I called and that is the only reason I was even able to speak with her. I feel that because Melanie had already received her $8000 that she did not care anymore about doing this job properly and led us on for a while saying she would but then decided that it wasn’t worth her time because she’d already gotten her money. I would be very careful when working with her and this company and I suggest working with any other company to avoid any of these things happening to someone else! It is very upsetting when you pay a lot of money for high end finishings and this is the result!To top it off being treated very poorly as well as extremely unprofessional hanging up on a customer. Let me also add that I always speak respectfully to people and there was absolutely no reason for her to hang up on me other than wanting to not take accountability . Beware!

I am very happy with the job they did installing natural stone countertops. They were all very friendly and conscientious. The end result was just amazing!

They damaged our floor and dishwasher . They took zero responsibility . They made us very unhappy .
