Do not under any circumstances eat here if you are on any kind of a schedule. Ordered as the only order one whopper junior a poutine and drink. Took almost 20 minutes to make my order and there were 11 people in line behind me when I got it. By the time I was done eating orders were waiting for over 30 minutes. For a fast food restaurant it's insanity.

Like others I experienced slow service. I watched 5 staff walking around and talking like they were lost. One young guy had a finger in his mouth almost the entire time I was watching for over 10 minutes. (No offense but it looked like a family business).Like others, my burger was not even near warm. Not happy and will avoid burger king next time. Even though Tim Hortons have a much longer line up, they are much more efficient and quicker.The fries were hot and really good tho.

Everything about this place is depressing. The workers are all frowning and unhappy with their jobs! Obviously busy there, its a fast pace area but the employees move slow. This increases the delay for food because if you aren’t being productive when it’s busy, you run further behind. I waited 15 mins for my food to have a burger that is cold where the cheese doesn’t even melt. Bacon was uncooked on both of my burgers. People kept coming up with issues with their food while I was waiting. Almost all drink options were out on the machine for customers. Perhaps hire more staff or people that enjoy their job.

Awful, burger was ok, chicken fried sticks, onion rings and fries tasted and had the texture like they were cooked the day before. Poor fellow working the counter was overwhelmed. Not to burger king standards, yeah I know. Should have known better.

Stopped here in March 2022. The burger was cold. I asked to have it heated, but was told that company policy stated how long the burger is heated and no exceptions are made. This clearly lends the lie to their advertising slogan have it your way at Burger King." I haven't stopped at a Burger King since then

Today Especially Neil and also Laurie really made my day with their excellent service and kind attitude. I will return specifically to this en route Tim Hortons due to their professionalism.

Great customer service . Jesse was awesome , very nice and polite. We are traveling with big family , he made us feel welcome and very comfortable… best of all, he gave us the perfect order without missing anything .Thank You Jesse .

I passed by Burger King at 10 PM Sunday night. It was closed. It’s not open 24 Hours as mentioned in Google Maps!
