I am a fourth degree Black Belt at this school and I have learned many, many wonderful things by attending this amazing school. Integrity, perseverance, honesty, and self-confidence are just some of the attributes that I have gained from learning from Master Lau.

My son completed his black belt at John Lau International School of TaeKwon-Do and I am surprised that they didn’t teach the students proper pushups. I thought maybe only my son can’t do it, but when I watched the training the whole class don’t know this basic.

My Wife, two kids and Myself have been attending this Accadamy since early 2014. This is more than just a school, this is a community, the team work from all the students shows how well Master John Lau knows how to run a respectable school,He truly have a gift for teaching young students and you can see the amount of pride he has for all of them.If your looking for a well ran regimented establishment then John Lau International School of Taekwondo should be on your top priority to view list.CheersRob.2nd Year student Blue Belt.

As a first degree black belt, I am extremely thankful for the lessons and discipline master Lau has taught me. This school teaches respect and self discipline in a way which cant be taught any where else.
