was absolutely amazing for the first two months we had it and then for the past 8 months it has been extremely inconsistent and unusable for gaming at times. Reliable is not the word i would use for the quality you are getting. cant peek a corner without getting shot back to the other side of the map

I've try to contact AirFibre a couple times now and they don't respond. Their customer service doesn't exist!

I used to get the advertised speeds but not anymore. I constantly lag and it take multiple seconds sometimes to look up 1 thing. I tried calling customer support and they said everything was fine but it clearly was not. Overall used to be good not anymore.

After a period of good service, unfortunately terrible customer service today. First time ever where a service provider basically hang up the phone while I was still talking. Not what you expect from a small town service provider.

We live in Dewinton AB and have always had trouble getting reliable internet in our area. We most recently had Xplorenet who never lived up to their promises and was basically unusable evenings and weekends. Netflix was out of the question during peak times.About a month ago we switched our internet service to AirFiber. The service from Karolina and Neil was very friendly and professional. The install was quick and tidy.We can now enjoy Netflix at anytime. The speed is consistent, and with young adults at home we no longer have to worry about going over our limits.I can't recommend them more highly!

So much better then the anything else out there. No Data caps. they give you a updates when service is going to be out and when it will be back up. 100% recommend to switch providers
