I have been beyond impressed by the level of service and attention I have received from Laura at OKRMT in Vernon. Her professional knowledge, genuine care and exceptional results rise to the top when compared to other clinics I have visited.Her online booking system works great ! Laura has been very flexible when booking times that align with my work schedule. I also like the off street parking that is available at the clinic.

I have a old injury in my upper back that requires a deep massage. In addition, I have stiff" muscles throughout my body. It is difficult for me to get a massage that effectively treats not only my old injury but the rest of my problems. Laura does a excellent job . She works at the area until she is satisfied that she has effectively treated it. I am very impressed with her. I would highly recommend her."

Laura has provided excellent massage therapy service to me and my family for years. She is very professional, creative and has a beautiful therapeutic space for a relaxing massage or sport specific deep tissue massage.I love the online booking feature and reminders it provides. She also does direct billing! Laura is a lovely person and a joy to know.

I was impressed with our thorough discussion on my pain issues and past injuries. And all the questions of my previous treatments from alternate industry health practitioners. Plus Laura suggested an additional platform of treatment, outside of her practice, which may bring additional relief if I choose to attempt it. More importantly, Laura did provide relief from my primary pain source! I will seek additional treatments very soon!

Laura is a fantastic RMT. She focused in on the areas that were causing me grief from the gym, and was very communicative during the process in regards to locations and pressure. Very positive visit and I will definitely go back again. Very relaxing and great muscle relief.
