Worse service ever go there twice to get my car fixed and when call there buddy doesn't know anything are u here bud or in another world crazy how bad the service is

I had went and inquired about getting glass replaced after I had went to allwest glass and waited a week to get my glass replace there then i went to a touch of class because all west did not follow up on the late delivery of glass ( allwest didnt follow up till 3 weeks after touch of class had it done) touch of class was quick and awesome they had the glass the day they promised and had it installed same day I will definitely do repeat business with touch of class and highly recommend them to everyone. :)

Ask around locally before booking. Insurance claim or personal. I wish i did

This happened earlier in the year, but I was in town for work and my vehicle was involved in a hit and run. Insurance said I could finish the job before bringing it home for repair, if it was safe to drive. The front near the tire was pressed against the door and I was unable to open it. I called in to see if touch of class could help. They told me to bring it in right away. They took a look, and came up with a quick solution and got the door opened, and didn't even charge me anything. It was probably such a small thing to them, but honestly they helped me in a stressful situation and I am very grateful for their help and generosity.

This is a bit late because I got my vehicle back February 2021 but only just now realized the work that was done on my truck by this body shop is no good. Front driver's door paint is showing weird spots not easily noticed in pictures. The box side was supposedly replaced but looking at it now, it makes no sense. The most difficult spots show what looks like factory spot welds and the easiest spots to access show normal welds that are also rusting already. The only thing that looks good is the cab corner that was replaced on the driver's side, but now the rear heated glass does not work. I will be contacting my insurance company the following weekday and this review will not be taken down until the insurance company makes a decision about what to do next. I'm sure if i got this truck inspected they would tell me the repairs that were done are not up to OEM standards.

They made me sign a paper before the truck was even finished. They said I had to for a parts order. When truck was finished they said I had to sign but then said oh you already did. Turns out you only have to sign when work is completed so I'm not happy that they're tricking people to sign off on work that's not completed. Would not go back.
