I'm Here Homecare was a saviour when our father was diagnosed with a terminal illness and suddenly needed round the clock care in his home. Flo was able to make her team available in a very short period of time and everyone was so responsive, caring and professional. The family was able to focus on being with him while I'm Here Homecare took care of his personal and medical needs. Dad liked everyone who came and felt very comfortable with them. What we didn't expect was how the IHH team would provide us with the support we didn't even know we needed. They helped us understand what was going on and what to expect as well as how best to be there for dad. Their commitment, reliability and excellent care gave us the peace of mind we needed during this really difficult time. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Flo and her team are absolutely amazing and treat their clients as family. They looked after my grandmother with severe dementia and during this time Flo prioritized my grandmother's care over growing her own business as she promised us she would be there to care for my grandmother until the end. Her team also looks after my other grandmother; once we saw the exemplary service they provide we wouldn't dream of hiring anyone else. If you need care for your loved one you will not be disappointed with Flo and her whole team.

My mother was diagnosed with late stage cancer, which was a total shock to our family. We got Mom home and quickly realized we needed help. It was her wishes to stay at home as long as possible. Just by luck, someone passed on the contact info for I'm Here Homecare. Right from the first contact, the I'm Here Homecare team was fantastic. Right in the middle of a pandemic, they had night time coverage secured within a few short hours. Their team was outstanding and treated Mom with incredible compassion, dignity and respect. When demands for care increased, they immediately addressed our concerns and adapted shift hours to help. In my opinion, this service went above and beyond in helping Mom and we are so grateful for the professional service they provided.

I contacted I'm Here Homecare with an urgent need for overnight care for my father. Within a couple of days, Flo had arranged for qualified PSWs to be at my father's home nightly. Everyone that attended my father during the nights over the course of a month was friendly, caring and supportive. Detail notes were left each night and Flo followed up in person. My family highly recommends this amazing service organization.

Flo and her team looked after my mother-in-law who had severe dementia. They were so wonderful and loving. She was always clean and never got one bed sore, despite being bed-ridden for over 2 years! They were so broken up when she died. My mother also requires 24/7 care. When that became necessary, I looked no where else. My mother loves the company and I truly feel she would not still be alive without their care. They are so kind, caring, compassionate... I could go on but I just have to say I highly recommend this business.

Where do I begin? My brother found Flo ( I’m Here Healthcare) and we are so happy that he did. We couldn’t have found anyone that is any nicer, more attentive and any kinder than Flo and her team. Dad was discharged from the hospital and there was absolutely no way my mom or I could take care of him. But with Flo’s team attending to dads needs and caring for him, he has greatly improved. We can’t say enough good things about everyone. They are dedicated, caring and truly wonderful people and we have grown very fond of each and every one of them. I truly believe that without Flo’s care, the outcome for my 92 year old mom would have been very different.Prior to the coronavirus lockdown at my mom’s long-term care centre in March, she was bedridden and unable to feed herself. She wasn’t eating or drinking enough without consistent intervention from my sisters and myself. When we were restricted from visiting, Flo took on this responsibility. She was on site daily to feed my mom and made sure that she ate and drank sufficiently throughout the day.She provided my mom with companionship and comfort - even rushing to her room one night to console her after a fire alarm had woken her and left her rattled.Gradually, with Flo’s support, my mom progressed to feeding herself solid food, drinking regularly, and using her walker to go down the hall!When I thanked Flo for the tremendous care and kindness she’d shown my mom, she said that it was her pleasure. It is now my pleasure to recommend her services to anyone in need.

Flo and her team of health care professionals were exceptional and I can't thank them enough for coming immediately to help my mom when my dad was hospitalized suddenly. Not only did they go above and beyond with my mom's care, when she was asleep they tidied and cleaned and made sure to communicate with me about everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for some help with a loved one. My mom has dementia and is hard to care for and they did an amazing job.
