My first visit. $49 for a high mileage oil change is great. My muffler was vibrating making a annoying noise and they put in a screw on a clamp to stop this, for free. And it's nice getting your tire pressure topped up.

I am really impressed with my experience here, the staff were friendly and it was done fast. I would definitely recommend Lube It for anyone wanting an oil change done correctly and at a decent price! I would have no hesitation in going back to this place for oil changes in the future.

I’m conflicted on my service I had today. I used this service last season to have my winter tires on rims put on and had a great experience. Today I went in to have my all seasons on rims put on and am confused and disappointed. I drive a Toyota Corolla (sedan). I want to state first that the staff were all very friendly, professional and my service was quick.The price board advertises that the cost of this service for a sedan is $40, and the cost for vans and SUVs is $50. Before I brought my car into the service garage the staff told me it was $50 plus tax and I agreed. While waiting for my service I realized the price board stated that sedans were $40 (what I drive). I thought they had made a mistake letting me know the price so I inquired upon checkout why I was being charged the van and suv price when I drive a sedan. The staff was unsure so a man working at another service desk placed a call (I assume to the store manager), then let me know it’s because I had 20 lug nuts. I was paying the van and suv price because I have 20 lug nuts.If this is how pricing is based I’m confused why the pricing is advertised based on sedan vs van & suv, rather than the amount of lug nuts on cars.For example, if you have 20 lug nuts you pay $50, and if you have 16 lug nuts you pay $40.Anyways, I really thought I found a gem last season in the midst of all the Brampton car services, and again the staff and service was friendly and quick, I just feel disappointed and can’t help but feel I was gouged thinking I wouldn’t question the prices advertised. Thank you.

Place is ok. They advertise this super cheap oil everywhere but when you ask for it they say they either don't have it or can mess up my car. Realized it was cheap because it was recycled oil. Not the best experience but not the worst

I have been a regular customer with Lube it for past 4-5 years. I always prefer to go for Oil change due to their reasonable pricing for my Santa Fe Sports vehicle.However, I am disappointed that after all these years of relationship as a customer they didn’t provide the oil receipts on my request which I needed to avail warranty from my Hyundai dealership. All they kept saying that their systems have changed and don’t have the past data which is within last five years. I dug down my card statements and provided the date and amount, still they couldn’t help me with receipts under the same pretext of data not available. The catch here is 1. Any merchant should keep all the data for last 5 yrs and provide the details when requested. 2. I see in the replies from the store manager to the reviews below that they do have the data for even March 2022. Thats means I was not told correctly that they do not have any data prior to September 2022.Big time disappointed! All the customers should always keep all the details/ receipt for oil change and services and the service station should also provide those receipts when demanded without any dilly dallying!Very disappointing.Responses to store manager’s reply:All the responses provided are also inaccurate. I don’t have time to create a new account just to write review. I have my account for years. First of all i do have the debit statements for the date Sept 14,202 amount $62 and November 29, 2021amount $82. I re-iterate receipts were not provided inspite of providing the details and the date. I had to call and visit the store again and again to seek the details. Also, i was told the past data would be with your accountant to which i requested with the given date and amount. Now, the whole attempt is to discredit the customer by incorrect information about the communication that took place. With the communication it was clear that you had your reasons for not providing the receipts for the provided valid details. All i want is another customers to be aware about always collecting receipts when they service their vehicles here. I accept if there was a theft in your store and you don't have the data anymore but i see anomalies in your replies to other customers review just recently where you informed details about March 2022. However, I was told that the data is not available prior to September 2022.Having said that. It makes me wary even more. Thanks.
