RAPS has made my self managed care payroll so easy for me. I simply email my employees time sheets and shortly after usually the same day I receive the payroll information and my employees paystub. They look after all my T4 slips and audit forms. I can’t imagine doing payroll without them. They also help recruits employees. I have never had any issues. AllPositive, nothing negative. The staff are super friendly. I am assigned to my own representative, if she isn’t available there is always someone else that steps in and helps. They always answer their phone and respond to email request super fast. RAPS rocks. Thank you. Eric

RAPS has gone above and beyond for me in terms of managing my self managed care account. Not only have they treated me with courtesy and respect while being helpful in every need that I have presented, they have also treated my staff in the same manner when their uncertainties have been beyond my own abilities to address.It is nice to feel that someone has my back :-) it makes it possible for me to manage my home care and so many aspects of my own life and things that improve my QOL immeasurably. I highly recommend their services, it is well worth the small investment every month.

RAPS is a wonderful organization that has significantly helped with payroll services for my mom's self-managed care account. It is reassuring to know that there are good and compassionate individuals like Muriel and Kestra (as well as the rest of the RAPS team) that are here to provide comprehensive support for caregivers. Their kindness and empathy make self-managed care a smoother process-- which ultimately translates to better quality of life for my mother. I highly recommend RAPS!

We have been using RAPS for our payroll for several years. Several times we have had issues with funding and RAPS has been proactive in working with the government to get these issues straightened out. RAPS is always very quick to get our payroll completed so we can then pay our workers. Very good service!

RAPS has provided nothing but positive experiences for us. Their monthly payroll calculations are quick and accurate. They are so helpful with all the required reporting to Alberta Health, the Receiver General, and WCB. When we needed to hire, we were so pleased with the vetting that had already been done by RAPS. When we have inquiries, the personnel answer our question promptly and courteously. I would recommend RAPS to anyone that has to deal with hiring and payroll. RAPS is absolutely terrific!
