I don't like Tim's that much but this is worth the shot if you want to have a hot chocolate that's where you should go not anywhere else staff is friendly and hot chocolate was the bestest I ever had at any tim Hortons

Lots of people confusing this for the location in Jackson Square! This Tims is located at King and Hughson. And they are amazing! Very fast, very friendly. The young man and woman that typically work in the morning are the best! They go above and beyond.

I see a lot of people confuse this location for the one INSIDE Jackson, it’s NOT! This is the one right at the bus stop at Hughson and King.This location has got to be the best one in the entire city by far! It’s such a shame they aren’t open on weekends. Even when I don’t need to go downtown, I’m getting on a bus just to go to this Tims. The staff is absolutely incredible! They’re always really pleasant, even when you can tell it’s not a great day for whoever is helping you, they are still so professional and that’s kinda lacking with a lot of customer service these days. They are always on top of filling their machines and keeping things fresh and stocked for customers! Idk what’s wrong with the other locations on Hamilton, but I swear it’s like every single employee refuses to refill the iced capp machine and quite literally everywhere BUT this location, provides the most foamy iced capps in existence LOL. They even throw in a couple extra Timbits here and there! Shhh!The only, and I mean ONLY downsides to this location are how small it is and how it’s only open weekdays! Those are my only complaints.Keep up the awesome work you guys!

First of all its a busy place. I oredred from the mobile for pick up. When I went there and asked one lady about the oreder, she replied(with anger) that we did not get any mobile order. I went to another lady, she said it would be on the other side of the store(same lady who said no order recieved). When i went there the order was right besides her which was one corner of the store.
