The owners of the store are nice and helpful people. They also have a huge variety of south asian products which makes it easier to get some rare items.

There are numerous South Indian grocery options available, although occasionally locating parking can be challenging.Some items are highly expensive compare to other stores.

Very good Kerala store. Has everything and good service.

Best place in Calgary to buy guruvayoor pappadams. Get the periyar brand pappadam that thru keep in the fridge. This place has good quality South Indian snacks (be it banana chips, mixture, murukku) and not the tasteless iyappa brand either.

If you are planning to book U-Haul from this store, you may probably benefit from my experience.Booked a U-Haul 4 days in advance and was all set to move into my new house. I reached the store to hear that the vehicle is not available right now and the previous rider maybe coming any moment. Waited for 30 minutes and then we tried to reach the previous rider and found that he can't come on time and he will return the vehicle only on next day.No alternate vehicle was provided as the store doesn't have many vehicles. I was denied the vehicle and the owner didn't make any efforts to try alternate. Instead, they said that it's not in there hands and they can't help me. Ended up calling U-Haul to get a 50 dollar claim, but I had to move everything in my own car and that lead to few damages, which if course weren't compensated.SUGGESTION: BOOK U-HAUL FROM A STORE WHICH HAS MANY VEHICLES, LIKE BARLOW TRAIL LOCATION.

Worst customer service ever!!!We bought a couple lamps here and noticed a small dent in one of them. I took it back to the store as soon as I saw it and the lady who was working there refused to even look at lamp. She argued with us and would not do replacement or refund. She started yelling at us in front of other customers who were watching. The owner of the shop then came around to sort things out, but the lady was still yelling at us over him. I have never been treated this was; I was very embarrassed with the way she was behaving and talking. Never visiting this place again and would never recommend it to anyone else. Deserves negative stars.

Great selection of south indian grocery items.

I recently visited this Kerala grocery store in Calgary and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of authentic Kerala ingredients. One thing that really stood out to me was the availability of frozen banana leaf, which is not easy to find in other stores. My favourite shop to look for all South Indian foods. Such a good owner and humble people- work hard to keep getting the products to Calgary. Dosa mix , muruku and chips are my favourite snacks. Always available to help and I love supporting the local business owners. Thank you guys for making it possible for the South Indians to enjoy and bit of Kerala taste.

Overpriced. Some items are way more expensive, compared to other stores. I understood they need to make profits to survive but as a regular customer, I felt like it was a rip-off. sorry.
