I dealt with Mr. Mcciver in the Belleville store,. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful in regard to what we were looking for and getting us a great sales price and delivery dates. Because of Mr. Mcciver not only did we buy a bed and dresser, but we also ended up getting a washer and dryer. Very satisfied with the service and the friendly staff.

He was patient with my ridiculous indecisiveness and helped make my decision about a very big purchase (for me) a smoother one. Had an LG thin Q delivered last week by 2 amazing delivery fellas. They were outstanding and greatly appreciated!! Good job fellas (sorry I didn’t catch your names). Also had a great in store experience with a knowledgeable and outstanding sales associate Issac as well as a very professional/experienced/friendly sales manager Jennifer. Good job all around. We took our 18 month old son to go mattress shopping, and Ivy was so good with him, she was so knowledgeable about every type of mattress and she made the whole process so easy. Ivy gave us her cell number to contact if there’s anything further we required. Such great customer service Would definitely recommend working with her if you’re going to The Brick in Belleville.

We had a great experience shopping at the Bellevue location. Ivy great rep. That took care of us. She helped us find the perfect loveseat and carpet for our new adult rec room in our basement. We love coming to the store because the reps are not pushy. Thank you for a great experience. We will return.

Ivy was fantastic - one of the best sales consultants we have ever come across! She had a lot of product knowledge and was quick to offer insight. She was very friendly and professional. We also found out our corporate discount could be applied even with sales. The delivery team took the time to make sure that everything was set up properly (didn't just drop and go). You could really tell they cared.We will be coming back to get more from the Brick!

I have been working with Isaac Ferguson on appliances for a renovation we are doing. He was very helpful when I was in the store looking at various options I made my selection and put our deposit down. Since then he been has been extremely helpful with my follow ups as we finish our kitchen and laundry design (we designed around my appliance selection). Will be in this week to make final payment and could not have done it without his help. Thank you!

We walked into your store and felt overwhelmed with the number of mattresses! But one of the sales reps, Bryan, approached us gently, not like some stores where they almost jump on you. He made us feel so comfortable and really took the time to explain the differences. Made us feel like we were valuable customers. Would recommend Bryan to anyone!
