Party City

I get it that Halloween stuff is expensive, that is fine and that is why I was willing to spend $85 on costumes for my daughter. But it is definitely not fine when you sell the worst quality Halloween merchandise I have ever seen at premium prices. At least have some decency to source some good quality products and people will pay good price on them.Pic 1: most of the “gems” fell off on day two after purchasing.Pic 2: the fluffy ball falls off on day 7.And it is one week till Halloween.

Lots of options here for costumes, party decor and balloons. They all come at a high price.

We wanted decorations for our daughter's princess-themed party.They had it all: balloons, plates, candles, and everything else that would make any 3 year old happy.The best part? The price. Very affordable.

Don't trust the website when they say a store has something in stock. I drove 45 minutes to get to this location for an item only to find out they don't have it. They told me I should have called first.(I appreciate the sales rep for helping me look for it, he checked in the back as well. It turns out the shipment didnt come in)

Outstanding customer service. My kids halloween costume order was cancelled 1 week before halloween from another vendor. I do not have a party city in my area, I called this location first. They had the same costume, same price, and shipped to me the same day. Shipping costs are very well priced.Definitely my goto store for Party city (as I dont have one locally)Thanks again to the staff, and their great customer service.

I am a regular visitor of this store. Love the employees and the store itself. However when i came in for the halloween 50% discount and as well to get my son some balloons for his birthday i saw a new worker (her name was Rebeca?) she was on her phone the whole time, and have not moved an inch from her position for the entire time of my visit. I was waiting for my balloon order to finish, so i was walking around the store and looking at items for 30-45 minutes. This behaviour is absolutely not acceptable. I am surprised no one mentioned it to the manager yet. Everyone else were keeping themselves busy one way or another. I usually do not make reviews, but i felt that this needed to be brought into manager’s and the store’s attention one way or another. They need to talk to her about this type of behaviour, and possibly find someone else to fill her position.

Staff are friendly and welcoming, and there is a large selection of supplies for parties of all types. Be prepared for an increase in price compared to dollar stores or big box markets you may visit instead, but you certainly get what you pay for. Give it a shot if you're in need!

AMAZING Place! I literally purchased all of there Dr Seuss party items to make my twins 1st birthday sensational. This particular location I feel always has more supply and items then any other location. Highly recommend visiting for all your party needs.

We were looking for Mexican themed party decorations and did find some. We visited this store at the end of Halloween and the beginning of the Christmas Season, so the store was in disarray. Still like this Grandview Central Party City location.

Went in looking for a discounted costume for my son. The online inventory showed only one at this location. Wasn't able to find it in store, but an employee searched around the back wharehouse and found it. My son was ecstatic and we really appreciated the help the employee have us. Thanks again!
