Most terrible insurance company in Canada. I wish I had time to complaint i.a group.

Worst sales. All lies.

Worst insurance company. Extremely long turnaround time with terrible communication and they have no idea what they're talking about /deny claims that have ample proof etc.Don't bother, this company is awful.

Appliance warranty managed by ia financial group refuses to pay to repair a defective door seal that is cracked and disintegrating after only 3 years in a 4 year warranty.

Advisors are very polite and knowledgeable, but the company does not care about the clients nor about its employees. If you're not a a money making cow to them, they would not care about you whether you're a client or an employee.I worked there for over a year and was the worst experience in my life.I'm not making this up, I have all the evidence of what I'm talking about.Such company is what gives all ither insurance companies a bad rep.Absolutely horrible.(Again I'm not making this up, I have all the evidence of their corporate greed)
