Very frustrating and disappointing regarding an appointment for my son. Called to double check the appointment 15 minutes prior to arriving which was verified by the receptionist. Arrived and completed lengthy paperwork. Then unbelievably, I was told they would not see my son! They said I did not have an appointment, despite the fact that I did have one, and they confirmed it! Will never return. Went to another Dr. and have received fantastic service. Don't settle for substandard service!

I would highly recommend the Docbraces Keswick/Thornhill team. This team is results-driven and work to improve your treatment perpetually. They also have several payment options, if needed, to make it happen. I have been on my Invisalign journey for almost a year and it has been a very positive process. Not only am I seeing great results, but I have kind and pleasant experiences every appointment. From the front desk through to Dr. Sherman, all of the staff are delightful to greet and work with. Thank you all!

My daughter had treatment at Doc Braces with Dr. Sherman, he and the entire clinic were amazing we felt like instant friends of everyone. They made her feel comfortable and eased her fears all the while also making her twin brother happy even though he wasn’t even a patient. It’s a wonderful place!!

Very happy with the invisalign results! Dr.Sherman gave me hope from the very beginning while other orthodontists had doubt or suggested jaw surgery as the only solution for my issue.The whole team is super friendly and supportive. Thank you docbraces for my new smile!

From the start you can truly see how much of a great group they have at doc braces. Almost looks like a family with how nice they are and how much they not only take care of their patience, but also each other. You can definitely tell that Dr. Sharma and her team know what they’re doing. They make it look too easy and I love how they can always keep a conversation going! I really appreciate them for helping me on this journey. Definitely recommend!

At 67 years old, some people thought I was nuts to get braces........but then they took a better look at my crooked choppers and said Go For It, and I did. And thanks to Dr. Sherman, his great staff, and a couple of sets of Invisilign braces, in just 9 short months, I've got beautiful, straight teeth for the rest of my life. I highly recommend dobraces Thornhill.

Dental visits give me anxiety, HOWEVER, this team is amazing, Stacey (hygienist) makes you feel so comfortable and announces step by step what she is doing while working on you. Dr. Sherman is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. Front desk accommodates to your schedule as best as they can. Geeta, makes you feel very comfortable financially and accommodates to your financial situation. She gives you plenty of options and lets you choose what u are most comfortable with. Overall amazing team and clinic, will bring my kids here! :)
