Beyond excellent. I helped facilitate a group project of ten homes on my street. I began by contacting 1-2 dozen vendors which were rated the highest and landed with these guys. Cheapest price? Surprisingly, yes, despite the quality being uncompromising.Once the contracts were in, it was a handful of days to fabricate the vinyl panels and only three days to install them. I observed the crew and they did everything with incredible efficiency, care, and meticulous detail, making sure the end product exceeded expectations.The fences are amazing and I'm pleased we opted for vinyl over wood given the aesthetics, maintenance, etc.Special shout-out to Lika and her exceptional patience with us (lol).

Disappointing experience from the beginning.The communication from this company is severely lacking, they came to complete a job for our neighbour (with a shared fence on our property) and they forgot to enclose our yard with a 5ft piece of fence. Not to mention, when they showed up for the initial job, they didn’t bring enough product to complete it and had to come again a week later. The installers were told about the 5ft piece while they were here.We had confirmed with them multiple times before the final install, and when I got home, saw they didn’t finish our piece.After sending an email, the admin staff had no idea why it didn’t get completed, and after reaching out to the install team, still had no clue. They had also sent us the invoice at this point asking for payment (even though the job wasn’t done. This extra piece was also on the invoice). She then said the install team would be at our house today (Aug 5th) to finish the job. This was confirmed again on August 3rd.After taking the day off to be home for the installers, she emailed at 11am saying they could no longer come because of manufacturing issues. They do not know when they’ll get the material or be able to install, but will ‘work on it’. Keep in mind, this is only a 5ft piece of fence we’re waiting on to enclose our yard.If you’re looking for a fencing company with good communication and timely install, run the other direction.The fence installed looks & feels cheap and flimsy; but to be fair I did not choose vinyl and didn’t know what to expect. We did pay for half of the shared fence and needless to say, I’m disappointed in the look & quality.

You gotta love finding a business in any industry much less the Construction business that delivers exactly what they promise on the day that they promise for the price that they promise and most of all the quality of what they promised. If you need a fence and you're looking for the same experience look no further. We couldn't be happier with our new fence. Great customer service to boot. Thank you Dimitri.

My fence was installed of April 2022 and by June this year the gate no longer worked. Since June I have been chasing the vendor to have this fixed and no luck. twice I was promised someone would show up and twice no one has showed. Tried calling again today, spoke to someone but no one gets back to you. shop around if you are looking at these guys. Unless you are in Toronto proper their service is inconsistent****I am updating this today as I received a call back from the owner who was very apologetic about the reschedules. Perhaps getting a hold of the right person can help in the future. My gate is fixed and I am back to a satisfied customer at this time

Initially, we were hesitant as to what fence to choose - wood or vinyl, but now we are really glad we've chosen the vinyl one - it not only looks great on its own, but it also makes the entire backyard look kind of dressed up! It took the installers just several hours to put up the fence - hassle free! We believe it is also maintenance free and will preserve its look for many years ahead.Mr. Fencee team is very professional - polite, responsive, accomodating - a pleasure to deal with! Exceptional service from Anna and Lika and the crew that put up our fence. They were courteous, quick to respond and helpful every step of the way. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

They did a great job on our fence. The only fencing people who will accommodate an early installation date unlike others wherein we have to wait for 2 months. Very transparent pricing from the start if you use their online calculator which is the same as the quote we received. Lika, the admin asst, was very helpful and responsive. The salesperson who did the measurement was also very informative. The 2 crews who did a great job of installing the fence were very efficient and they completed the install within 4 hours. They also clean up after and left the place as they found it plus the great looking fence. Will definitely recommend them! Thank you Mr Fencee and their team!

The best company: they came on time, did the installation in around 4 hours, they cleaned everything and made sure we were satisfied and happy with the work. The office is very friendly and helpful, the salesman and installers were amazing! Highly recommended!!!
