Ron at Wyatt Upholstery is completely unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to support his business. I recently took my boat in to install a snap down cover. When I first talked to Ron he was very accommodating to my needs. I called in over a week in advance to ask if I could take my boat in 4 days earlier hoping to have it for the weekend. He said absolutely. Upon arrival he acted like he wasn't expecting me and seemed to be in an angry mood. He told me it would be tight to have the boat completed by the weekend. I compromised with him and said try to do your best. A week went by and I heard no reply so I called to check up on the boat. He said he hadn't even started on it and it had just been sitting in his shop for over a week now. I told him that I needed it to be done prior to wed cause I was leaving town. He said okay I'd get it done for tomorrow night. Within 30 min he called me back and told me just to take my boat back because it was becoming to much of a headache for him and he didn't want to stay later than his normal operating hours to finish the job. Upon picking up the boat he called me a little Prick" and completely lost his composure because I said his customer service is unprofessional. He lost 1500 in profit from me as well as a lifetime of my service and anyone that I would recommend."

Got 3 quotes and this was the least expensive. The owner was on hand and I dealt with him directly. He was up front, fair and explained the cost and options. The quality of work looks fantastic, although it did take a little longer then originally anticipated. His shop is very busy as the value of his work is unbeatable and in demand.

They are very reasonably priced! Excellent communication. Will be back to have other work done.

I have delt with Ron several times over the years. his work has always been very good , from covering snowmobile seats (it lasted for 20 years) to fixing boat and snowmobile tarps. sometimes you might have to wait a while but the end result is worth it. It's the only place I go.
