This was my first time dealing with custom broker and I didn’t have much knowledge about this like how it works. Ron helped me with my shipment and provided me all the knowledge about the process how does it work. Really appreciate, the way he respond to all my questions and there response is very quick and Ron answered all my questions-even after working hours. Will always be my custom broker. First and last time I have to deal with this broker.Been sitting at the border for longer then 13h waiting for border clearance (almost 24h after broker received paperwork for border crossing).Worst this is playing games telling me one story and my dispatch totally different story.Not polite and professional at all.And of course for English press 9
