CENTRAL OKANAGAN MASSAGE & ACUPUNCTURE
My first massage with Mai today, was amazing. I was there to see if massage could relieve some soreness and lack of mobility in neck and shoulder areas, and after just one massage it’s already improved. Mai was very attentive and professional, I can’t say enough about her technique but suffice to say I’ll definitely be going back and would highly recommend.

Very nice and clean place, super professional and nice staff and massage therapists. You just need to book way in advance as they're usually booked for one month ahead. I've seen May Li a couple of times and she's amazing.

I have been to Central Okanagan Massage & Acupuncture 3 times since they were recommended to me by my workout class teacher. I had 3 different massage therapists and they were all amazing in their own way. Each time I was totally satisfied with the results and would have a hard time choosing between them. I also had acupuncture done by May and can say it was the gentlest needling I've ever had.

Amazing experience - I had reflexology and a thai massage all in one long session and my nervous system was much better off afterwards. First time getting a thai massage and I recommend it for people who like to stretch and do yoga, it was like that with a massage. I believe the woman I had was Zoe and she was very very talented at what she does and very kind and attentive.

An awesome experience, I am a carpenter and I was locked up in the shoulders and I got an appointment with May for massage and acupuncture. She broke down my knotted back and shoulders very well. I will be going back again
