This is a great place to rent. Violet is an excellent building manager. Very kind and welcoming during the application process and she is quick to get any maintenance issues resolved.

Not the cleanest apartment building to live in. The elevator and floors hardly get mopped. Once you leave the ground floor everywhere smells damp and stale.Moved in 2019 and the application process was wonderful but once you move in things go belly up. Terrible looking doors that haven’t been painted in forever and dirty floors is what you get.

Tenets break into other tenent's cars on a regular basis. Myself and other friends who live here leave our cars unlocked because its not worth getting our windows broken on a monthly basis. Moving out ASAP!

The are awful, rude, and have no regard for the tenants. They hire the worst superintendents. The building manager would tell you one thing and they end up doing another.

They are the worst management on par with Marda. They don't care about the tenants and are penny pinchers. Even when there's a fire at one of their building they are the last to show. If you could avoid any of their properties you should do so.
