While the award was well designed and done very quickly, the customer service experience has been a frustration. They repeatedly issued an incorrect invoice then complained about timely payment.

I wasnt told that I would only be given 2 iterations of the preview/feedback for my plaque. Some of my initial instructions and feedback on the design were ignored. I felt I was put in an unfair position.I ended up cancelling my request and got I a partial refund. They wouldnt accept to refund the 'art work' charge.Probably best not to use if you are not a business or enterprise.

I bought trophies and medals for a bowling tournament that I ran back in the summer. We were overjoyed with the quality and the timeliness of the order. We dealt with Cherie and she was extremely helpful and provided artwork for me to approve before making my order. I have recommended Nothers to everyone I know.

The last appreciation plaque we ordered was supposed to be $15-30. They charged us 70 for printing a terrible quality photo, no artwork at all, and simply glued it to a black frame without any plastic cover. I complained to the lady at the desk, and she ignored me intentionally and just complemented how nice the picture was. What a rip off.
