This BURGER KING is one of best location in Ontario. Akshay manager was there to gave the best customer service with cute smile. Its the best experience of coming there with my guests nd thy all were so happy ❤️

I waited 20 minutes as the only person in line to get this whopper melt". Like what is this "burger" even. Unfortunately I drove home before looking at it otherwise I would have had a whopper melt down.Check out the photos for what it was suppose to look like compared to the trash I got"

Only BK we visit in the area thanks to the staff!!! Special thanks to Akshaye! such a nice person and my LO loves him! While my husband and I eat the staff always smiles to my LO and it kind of entertains her ♥️ always clean, organized and right orders

Such great staff at the Waterloo Burger King, very kind. I really enjoy the chicken sandwich, simple but really great. The soft serve is icy and delicous! For a fast treat give it a try!

I did see your sign about charging extra as of Dec 13 for fresh ingredients as times are tough, but if it is that bad, just skip the lettuce next time! As for the gravy today, I have had thicker water than what you are serving. When I noticed I dripped some of the watered down gravy, I had to grab a napkin to clean it up ... and you guessed it, no napkins in the bag. Let's hope 2022 turns out better so you can return to your 5 star rating.

This is really the only BK we go to, but tonight it was a huge let down. We drove all the way across town to come here tonight, only to be faced with a locked door. We wanted to eat in the dining room, not eat in the car because it's a cold rainy night. We got here at 9:15 PM on a Tuesday (April 18, 2023). The doors are locked, what gives? The hours on the door clearly state that the dining room is supposed to be open until 10:00 on a Tuesday night. I tried to get someone to come over to the door and ask them why the dining room was closed, but I couldn't see anyone in the building. After 10:00 you're to use the drive thru. I guess when the boss is away, the employees will play and shut the place down early. We said forget it and left to use coupons at A&W.
