We take our 12y/o yorkie here to get groomed and they take awesome care of him. We had alot of questions this year about ticks amd fleas and they were very patient and knowledgeable about it all. I gotta say we will bw lifetime clients. Thanks guys for all the love and care you give Scrappy!

Susan is amazing. My dog was refused grooming by many groomers because he's high strung. My dog was a mess until I called Susan who I knew before as she used to groom my cats. She did an amazing job on my dog and I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone who has difficulty getting their pets seen to for various reasons. Her prices are fair and she does a great job. We call her the dog whisperer.

Repeat customer here; years ago the quality of the grooming was pretty good. However, the past 3 grooming’s were completely butchered. My now elderly dog was also completely traumatized by her last experience. Wouldn’t stop shaking and wasn’t herself for days after.

Not a very good groomer. My sisters dog looks awful. Mom had to fix it because it was completely butchered.

She doesn't pay some of her employees and I would think twice about taking pets there if that's the way she treats people. Tried small claims and she wouldn't pay but the money to get it done is more than what she owes. 1 star is just so I could press the post button. Her coworker has the same issues. Obviously no ethics.

Had an awful experience that culminated in the owner threatening libel litigation against me because I posted a negative but truthful review of their business. I have three dogs, two of which went to the daycare and those two became violently ill (bloody diarrhea). The vet that treated them indicated this wasn’t the first time this particular bacteria was found in dogs after going to this facility. When I tried to tell Ms Richard about this, she doubled down that it’s impossible a bacteria found in standing water could be found at her facility. I had actually been in the outdoor back area and saw plenty of standing water…Will never do business here again, will not recommend this business to anyone and will not be shy in detailing my experiences to anyone that reaches out to ask.

Took my Pomeranian in to get a trim and instead they completely shaved him. Looks horrible and uneven and they still charged us full price. My dog was traumatized by this experience and did not stop shaking for days afterward. Would not recommend anyone to bring their pets here.

Sue not only cares about animals, but cares about the pet owners, also. A pleasant experience each and every time. We have recommended this establishment several times.
