Our modular home has high quality workmanship and the purchase experience was very enjoyable. We were always able to contact or meet with our building consultant who helped us through every step of the process. We had thoroughly looked at other modular home companies but found both choices and upfront information lacking. Quality Homes has provided a beautiful home for us. You are not allowed to walk through to see the workmanship first hand, considering this isn’t a small Amazon like purchase I disagree that we weren’t even offered an in person meet to view some options, was only offered phone and email correspondence.

Highly recommended. We moved into our second custom-built Quality Home last October and couldn’t be happier. We prefer modular building for it’s strength and factory workmanship and Quality Homes is, in our opinion, the best in the field. When there were challenges in getting permits the staff helped us along. Planning, selecting finishes, etc. was easy (and fun). It was amazing to watch things come together on installation day — a true professional team whose experience showed in their impressive timing, precision and coordination. The tradesman who finished the home were also a great crew. They showed they genuinely cared about the home they were building for us, which is something we truly appreciated. They definitely “went the extra mile” for us on some of the finishes and details. If we ever build yet another home (or perhaps a cottage!) we will definitely go back to Quality Homes.

Quality Homes did a better than expected and superior job of our home. From design guidance and all the necessary steps needed to complete our home, they were there for us the entire time. From our first visit with Joanne Whiteley at the sales center, to Dan Elphick our construction foreman and workers Brian Moore & Adam Gowling, they have all been the best of the best! Quality Homes is just that. We trusted our home to them and we highly recommend them for your next build. They stand behind their product. You'll be glad you did!! Tell them we sent you!!!

Everyone I have dealt with at Quality Engineered Homes has been polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. In particular, Joanne, Kimberley and Melinda were extremely helpful and professional in guiding me through the home design, permit and the decorating process. They have an excellent system in place that makes building a custom modular home affordable and stress free. I can’t wait to see the final product upon installation this spring. I had a home built by Quality Homes, model Grafton B. I moved into the new house in March 2021. I was very pleased with the experience up until that point. The customer service since has been lacking. Several issues have come up, and eventually they were repaired. However, 8 months after moving in, the kitchen counter top corner joint area began to bubble up. Upon closer examination, it was clear any sealant used in the joint was poorly done. I spoke to Quality Homes about this in November and then in December an employee came and looked at the counter, and said they would get back to me. About 5 weeks went by without any contact so I emailed and eventually was told this counter top was not covered under warranty. I do not understand how Quality Homes can stand behind their product and not replace/repair a kitchen counter top which was clearly product defective. A countertop not even close to a year old. This has soured my experience
