Keith (sales rep) was excellent to deal with. His practical-approach to calling what it is, and recommending trailer add-ons that only make sense was refreshing and helpful.Although an add-on item was missed during my invoice and delivery Keith is a man of his word and has included it as a part of the deal.Happy with my Apogee Adapt-x 400 trailer

Bought a trailer from Keith around July 2021, all was good at the start, took about 8 weeks to get the trailer but that was explained at the start. Had the trailer less than 3 weeks and noticed a lot of rust had started to appear. I approached Keith and he told me to go get it crowned. Which I did a few days later. Crown didn’t help at all and the trailer has only gotten a lot worse. I have tired contacting Keith at least once a month to see if there is anything can be done about this. He either ignores my emails, or if he answers the phone he says he is trying to get it fixed for me. The trailer is only 10 months old and would past for nearly 10 years old. I held off on leaving a review because Keith told me he would get it sorted but now he doesn’t even respond to emails. Absolute terrible service about this issue. Really frustrating because I try keeping all my Vehicles clean and respectable looking but this rusty old looking trailer let’s it all down.

I had a great experience at king city trailer. Keith helped me find the perfect 6x12 trailer for my needs and delivered in just a couple days. Excellent customer service and speedy delivery. Would recommend to everyone for any and all trailer needs.

Overall they had everything I was looking for. Set me up with this trailer bought it and drove it away the next day. I have bought trailers and had them on the road the same day more than just once. I have also bought trailers from other people that take a couple of days to get them license and plated so maybe it's 50-50. They did have it for me the very next day. also hooked me up with the cap on my truck and the Kick-Ass ladder rack. They did scuff up the box on my truck while they were installing it but I'm still waiting for them to make good for it and I'm sure they will keeping my fingers crossed anyways wouldn't want to have to come back on here and change my rating I know it was in the middle of winter and their men were all wearing outside gear. But they were all rubbing up on my brand new s*** definitely not helping me accessorize my brand new truck. Although I was there getting a work box and ladder rack put on there wasn't a mark on it. And it left with quite a few so I've been hesitant to give my 5 stars although they did have a good display of everything that I was looking for and they were able to order everything I asked for brand new came in a reasonable time it didn't take them long to put it on. For the most part I'm very happy. The small scratches and such will eventually be taken care of I'm sure. I mean it is a little disappointing spending $15,000 on brand new stuff for your brand new truck and when it's all put together there's damage left behind kind of not cool hopefully I'll be able to come back on here and say how they took care of everything and I am so happy

I have ordered my F150 cap for my new truck exactly 8 weeks ago from now. I was promised to receive the Cap 3rd week of august which is now. I called in today to follow up, my cap is not ready this week and it could arrive even few weeks after the promised week. I felt really mad called back again and talked to one of the owners name Mark. He’s very logical, polite and willing to help you out. At first I wanted to go and get my deposit back today and cancel due to delay but Mark convinced me to wait. Sometimes orders delay as certain parts don’t arrive to the factory that they make it and I totally understand. After first pandemic even for my own business I order for example skylight and arrive late sometimes. I used to pick them up in days and now orders sometimes takes weeks to get due to shortages and delays for factories so I am also experiencing delays with my business orders as well many times. Mark made me feel from 0 to 100 within 5 min of phone conversation . I told him I’ll go write a review for King City trailer on the phone because I believe if Mark doesn’t work there lots of things will go wrong. Thank you for making me feel better and changing my mind to wait. Also Mr. Jim is very experienced as a sales man. When I arrived he looked at my truck from 200 ft away and knew exactly colour code of my truck and sizes and everything. Thank you Jim.Will wait and won’t call to bother anymore. Thank you King city trailers for good customer service.

Got my tonneau cover and gooseneck hitch installed at king city trailers. Everything was installed perfect and professionally! Great customer service and everyone greats you with a smile!

Poor Leer truck cap installation on Toyota Tacoma. Rail gasket was hanging out on the right side. Rear door hatch wouldn’t latch on the right side. All windows were dirty inside and out. Fiberglass drill shavings were not cleaned up. The liner wasn’t properly attached at the tailgate area so it is rubbing and coming off. Employee Keith told me the best idea would be for me to glue it in the spring!I spent $5K on the cap and I had to cut the rail gasket, adjust the rear latch, clean all the windows, vacuum the drill shavings, and in the spring I’ll have to glue the liner…I don’t consider this good value.
