Fantastic shop. We were very lucky to get bikes on short notice on a very busy day. Great customer Service and recommendations for the day! I can not recommend highly enough. I brought bike for repair in order to cycle the green way. I was greated in such a professional and kindly manor, I ended up getting a puncture half way, Ralph the owner came and collected me and my bike and fixed everything. Excellent service

Excellent shop, superb customer service and great value. Encouraged to hire some e-bikes and I'm so glad we did - I haven't been able to ride a bike for 3 hours since before my knee injury! Highly recommended and will visit again next time we are in Waterford.

Brought my bike in for a puncture repair on my lunch break. Five minutes later and all sorted for only a tenner. Great service. Will definitely be back (hopefully not too soon though!)

While on a cycle tour, on my way into the city my rear wheel threw a spoke, apparently the shop wasn't supposed to be open, but I went through the door and was welcomed. Rolf did a great job on my bike with a smile on his face and friendly small talk. Highly recommend.

Top notch bikes and service. We got 6 bikes organised over the phone and picked them up 30 minutes later. Had a great day travelling the Greenway with the family. Would recommend to all.

I reached out to several bike shops around Ireland prior to our 10day vacation there to inquire about bike rentals and to see if there might be a local cycling club ride we could go on. Rolf was the only person to get back to me. Not only did he set us up and fitted us with road bikes but he arranged for us to go for a training ride with the Waterford Wheelers Cycling Club. The Lads" took great care of us and our ride with them was the highlight of our vacation! Once back to the shop we were invited to hang out. It was a total blast to not just ride but to hang out with them. The following morning we just happened to be passing by the shop when Rolf was getting ready to open for business. Not only did he greet us but invited us to sit and enjoy morning tea with him. Customer service is top shelf! Rolf also had a couple of VERY good places for us to see during the last couple of days of our trip."

Rolf taught my daughter how to use a racing bike correctly and had the patience to take her on a few trips.We brought a bike from him and he advised is all the way. Great service.
