Little Hands Childrens Learning Centre

My child has been with Little hands for close to 2 years and can't be more happy with this choice. The staff are great with all different personalities, some you may get along with and love and others you may feel a bit reserved to fully accept and engage with until you really get to know them.They host different fun events and fun theme parties for children, fun Friday dress-ups and an overall positive atmosphere. The ladies and very kind and caring from what I can see. The food is catered and healthy. My child has trouble with the food sometimes although this is normal if the food you serve at home is different.I would highly recommend Little Hands if they are available to you, booking in advanced is highly advised as they fill up quickly.

Our toddler's daycare had closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Little hands Centre 2 was able to accommodate us on short notice and take care of our little one until she could return to her own daycare. Our toddler immediately fell in love with her teachers and we could tell that the staff members were loving and caring people. They had gone out of their way to make her feel welcome and safe. She has thrived in the short period that she has been there and we are extremely sad to leave. We would 100% recommend them to everyone!

I can only speak for Centre 1 as that’s where I was working for 1 year and 8 months. There are two supervisors, one of them isn’t well informed on what goes around in the daycare and the other one isn’t respectful to her employees.They both don’t take in consideration of their employees needs nor concerns. I had directly spoken to them more then twice about a certain coworker in the infant room and they didn’t do anything about it.It is not until afterwards that I had found out by other coworkers in the centre that they have had the same issues as I was having with that particular individual. The supervisors solution was to move the other employees to another classroom and leave that coworker to continue to work in the infant room. It came to a point in which coming to work was so stressful I had no other choice but to leave because my needs and concerns where not addressed at all.

I have 2 boys at Little hands that have been here since they were 12 months old and our oldest is now almost 4 years old. From infant room to pre-k, we've always been lucky enough to have great teachers who love our kids. The amount that they have learned is amazing and definitely ahead of other kids who haven't been in a programmed environment. The staff are always available whenever I have a question or concern. They take the time to have a chat with me from anything from creating a joint effort to help with our kids so we can support at home, or even to give better tips for growth and development. They offer great programming and tons of family friendly events so we can really see what the kids have been up to. From school photos, an amazing christmas concert, diverse menu and summer bbq, you can see them put in the extra effort for our kids. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

My child was at little hands for almost 2 years and we had nothing but great things to say about them. The staff is so caring and supportive, helping my little one through some very tough times. I grew very close with his teachers and the supervisors go above and beyond. I was really upset when I found out they wouldn't be able to accommodate before and after school care when he started school this September. Will definitely be coming back for their summer camps - we LOVE LITTLE HANDS!!!!

My daughter has been going to Little Hands for a few months now and I am extremely happy with this daycare. She is in the infant program. I was very worried initially because she was only 11 months old when she started, but she settled in quickly and seems very content. Whenever I pick her up, I love seeing that she is always engrossed in a game or a song or doing something fun with her little friends and the teachers. All the babies seem stimulated and happy. The toys are educational and clean. They go outside twice a day. They provide multiple nutritious meals and snacks every day with a lot of variety, and this is helping my daughter to become a more adventurous eater.The four instructors that work in my daughters class are all warm and wonderful. They are kind and know how to make learning fun. I can tell that she has a special bond with each of them. They genuinely care about her development and when I have asked for their opinion on something I have liked their responses - always evidence based and logical. The coordinator is super helpful and I appreciate all her support. She knows every child and every parent that enters the building! The owner is very professional and always asks if everything is okay whenever I see him. This daycare is very organized, clean and nurturing. When I was interviewing daycares in Milton, I had felt that this was the best fit for my family and I’m really happy that I decided to put my daughter in Little Hands. I highly recommend this facility to other parents in the area.

I've got two kids attending Little Hands, Centre 2, and I could not be more satisfied! Everyone at the daycare seems to care for both of my kids. They are kind, respectful and do so many fun activities. I also feel like they truly care about my kids' development, and work with me on specific goals I have (e.g. helping my kid to drink from an open cup). I am so thankful that we found Little Hands!

It was humiliating and discriminatory experience. They were completely unprofessional. I will not recommend this daycare ever to anyone.
