Amber Condominiums

I live in Amber Condos. It is a clean building that is well maintained. The staff are professional and helpful.

If we got any metro or shopping mall around that will be great

The lobby has ugly white lights and the design of the front desk, walls and floor have the feel of half condo half police station.

Was setting up an event in the party room.. concierge was very difficult with providing directions and help, unfortunately it made our experience at this building the worst.

Visited Amber 2 the other day. Quite impressed with the approach to the building and the lobby. Small and cozy. Building was clean and I did not register any smell of any kind. Love their TH floor plans. Up and coming neighborhood and this area being so close to Square One is definitely Uptown Mississauga! Do you agree?

Great building with decent amenities. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking underground.

Lived in this building on the 19th floor for one year. Constant fire drills for false alarms (usually in the wee hours of the morning on weeknights). When I had visitors over it was challenging to find them parking as residents often parked there. They did bring in the procedure that you needed a ticket" but it didn't stop residents parking there. Very loud hallways with trashy people (I get that isn't the buildings fault). We had to call the police on our neighbors due to violence and drugs. The elevators were often out of service which was a nightmare when you are on the 19th floor. The sauna was 9/10 out of service. Pool and hot tub the same way. The parking spots were way too small considering most people have SUV or bigger in the GTA. Appearance wise its nice but its not worth the prices they are asking for to purchase or lease."

Amber condos definitely gets a 10/10 for locationDollarama, Oceans across the street,SQ 1 just 3 minutes away, No Frills 3 minutes awayThe transit line also connects directly to ttc without transfers which is a huge plus.As far as convenience to amenities is concerned this intersection is worth the money.The future LRT will most likely only increase this place's value.The management is extremely reasonable and concierge has been an extra convenice for us.Not having to shovel and brush my car during snowy days is something that I will absolutely miss.
