This place is supposed to help people....They made me miss work. My nurse wouldnt even answer my phone calls. I was forced to go about 32 hours without my medicine because of their inability to reschedule an appointment. Of course, my word didnt mean anything, they just punished me because they could. I'd like to see my nurse go for a day and half without juice, maybe THEN...she'd have some empathy for those of us who work hard at rebuilding a life. Total abuse of power. Bad Kharma....thats all. What goes around comes around. She'll probably be too shortsighted to see it tho'.

In my experience the nurses, doctors and counsellors of the CRAN have always been understanding and helpful. They've gotten me out of a few sticky (self imposed) situations and were able to, for example, extend my prescription so that I could go on a business trip. Give them a reason to trust you and they will help you out.
