Ordered pizzaFor delivery I was not home and was ordering on line for family member so I paid for order in advance which included tipThe family member was told by driver that they forgot the dipping sauces that I paid for. And that they could have for free next time. The issue is I don’t order from that location and how do I prove the driver said next time free. Absolutely terrible. Dominos back in the day is no more

We just ordered on 01/14/23 and the pizza was the best I ever had from the store. I called the store and found out they have a new manger. The new manger Kalsi is doing a great job. Thank you for the amazing pizza!!!!

Wow, what a nice location! It took them less than 10 minutes to finish making my order. Generous delicious toppings, piping hot pizza, friendly staff, and large enough parking lot. Would definitely visit this Domino’s again!

It’s been awhile since I tried dominos. I ordered the mix and match and the quality was worse then the pizza shop I live beside which I wanted to avoid. The pizza looked ok but the dough was horrible quality and the toppings were meh.This is the new franchise world we live in where we cut costs for the big guys at the top to get higher pay. Well it’s my last visit. Goodluck

I just moved into the city and had a late shift. I haven’t had a chance to go shopping yet and just wanted to grab some food. I only had cash an called to tell me because I couldn’t pay over the phone they refused my order.

Order chicken came with thin black film on top and noodles were chewy. Call told them was put on hold girl came back said manager said it was cook to the correct time and was how it was supposed to be. So I was like no it was black and shouldn't have been sent out. She told me that maybe I wasn't aware that it's suppose to be bit brown I said I know but not black. She offered a credit for next time which would have been fine if I wasn't staying at a hotel which She knew and room service was closed. She agreed to send a new one after I agreed that if she took it out early it might be under cook if she cook it to the time supposed to it might be the same and itmight not match what I think it should look like. I informed her I had it before and know what it should look and taste like. She then was oh you have OK well it be 25 mins sorry. 2nd arrived had to check it before delivery guy left. I can say it wasn't burnt.

Ordered pizza paid then was told it would be 15 min. Asked if I wanted a seat ir maybe check out the mission store while it was being prepared. I was glad that they were promoting other area stores.Super friendly staff

Ordered thin crust, and if I knew it was paper them, I would have ordered 20 more pizzas so I could at least fill my appetite. Also I walked into several staff having a conversation in another language, felt like I walked into a dominos in some far land country. It is one thing to walk into a Chinese or Italian restaurant and hear the staff speaking in their native tongue, but a little unsettling at this location.

Ordered a pizza for 8pm. It showed up 15 mins early (wasn't even home yet). Pizza was lacking toppings overall - paid for extra cheese and a few slices were actually bare in spots with no cheese (see photo).Updating review to reflect that we were credited a replacement pizza & it was delicious!

I did not have a great experience as I called to pickup an order from York location. I had a word with Gurukirpal Singh to place an order. The call was disconnected with in 5 mins while placing an order. I called back and he said that since I was asking a lot of questions on my order, he disconnected the call as he was not interested in listening to me. When I asked for his name he said he cannot share it as confidentiality. As per customer service confidentiality I am aware that you can share your first name and not the last name. The representative disconnected the call again. Upon pickup at 11:40 pm, I had a conversation with Deep Manager who was of no assistance as he said that Gurukirpal did not understand and there was an error on his end to understand. The manager at the end did not understand the cruciality of the situation and was of no help. The order was picked up. When asked for his name he was hesitant himself to share his name. As a customer I do not expect this kind of service and conversation from a customer service representatives.
