Me and husband decided to have our brunch here in Mex & Co. and we were greeted with the wide smiles of the cheerful staffs.We ordered quesadillas and tacos. Flavors are super good! Especially the Funky Quesadillas. I can say that it'll be my new go to food.While dining, we were served with a good view and atmosphere too. Even if they just opened, they are almost full house already.I am 100% happy and satisfied with the experience.Highly recommended when you're visiting Perth, ON.

This place has the best fish tacos I have ever had. The fish is tasty, meaty and perfectly fried, and pared perfectly with the seasoned rice and slaw in the tortilla. I also love their cauliflower bites taco, which is served in the tortilla with some delicious slaw and drizzle. Perfecto on both of those dishes. The downside of this place is they do not serve the chips and salsa as you arrive and are waiting, you have to buy it if you want it, $6. This is the only Mexican restaurant I have been to where you have to buy the chips and salsa. My thinking is give out the chips and salsa, a cheap welcome which would set the mood for Hey Let’s order a couple Margaritas!

I had been wanting to go here for a long time. Today was the day. It did not disappoint. I had the taco salad. I was very impressed by the portion size for the price. I ordered it with chicken. The only complaint was that the taco bowl was not as fresh as it could have been. The fish and chips tacos...AMAZING! Definitely going back.The service was excellent. Would highly reco.recommend..

Location is everything for this restaurant, without this beautiful spot I wouldn’t bother to dine here, maybe just come for drinks.The food isn’t up to par, with a bit more effort I really think they could turn it around. The quesadilla was bland and soggy, my wife’s salad overdressed and the chicken looked like it was prepackaged.The staff are nice, just come for drinks and the view. The spicy Caesar was good.

I am really glad that I gave this Mexican eatery a second chance. A few years ago, I ate at this restaurant and was not impressed. After avoiding it for a long time whenever I was in Perth, I decided to give it another shot recently during a road stop, as my family and I were driving back to Ottawa. We were all happy that we stopped here, as we found the food and service to be great.I ordered vegetarian fajitas, with veggie chorizo, and a Mexican beer. My wife had enchiladas, while my children ordered off the kids menu. We all had a great time and found our food tasty, as well as enjoying the several drinks that we ordered. Overall a great experience.

This place has the best atmosphere being situated on the canal with an overlooking patio. My wife absolutely loves the fish and cauliflower tacos here. She thinks the fish tacos are the best she's ever had. For my part, I'm along for the ride. . . I really wanted to give this place 4 stars but it just isn't quite up to it. To start, I have never been to a Mexican restaurant that does NOT serve complimentary nachos and salsa. You have to purchase the nachos here. That's a bad way to start a meal and leaves a negative impression on the customer right from the start. It's all up hill from there for the restaurant. I ordered the chicken enchiladas. I got two of them, some rice and cole slaw for my meal. The rice was, suffice to say, lacking. The Cole slaw was good and the enchiladas were good. Honestly, if the atmosphere wasn't what it is and my wife didn't love the fish tacos so much...I wouldn't bother with this place. Overpriced for what you get and underwhelming food. However, if you really enjoy fish tacos, give this place a try and sit outside on the patio, much better than inside.

My first time in Perth. A nice Mexican restaurant, very well located and has amazing service. The food is good, but not the best. The nachos are a bit overpriced but good. We were 4 people, and 2 of them gave a 5 out of 5, and the other two were 3.5 out of 5. The local beer was very nice.

Honestly for the price I think this is overrated, none of the food we ate was amazing mediocre yes, the patio is beautiful overlooking the river. We had the two taco dinners comes with rice and salad they were 22$ The meals were lacking …..with our meals and a couple beers our bill was 100$ If you just want a quick taco I would recommend it but I would look else where if you would like a nice dinner/lunch! Service was so friendly and great greeted with a smile fast and accomidating
