Toronto North Mitsubishi

I've had nothing but amazing service at Toronto North Mitsubishi. I was previously servicing at another Mitsubishi dealership and this dealership is way better than the other. Professional sales and service employees, we just bought an additional Mitsubishi here and love the product. We've compared maintenance cost amongst all manufacturers and Mitsubishi is the lowest especially with their OEM brake replacement. I highly recommend this Mitsubishi store!

Poor quality cars.It is insane .....no... it is extortion !Mitsubishi cars need oil change every 3 month or the warranty is void.Staff isn’t nice and hard to talk to.--------------3 month later -------------$120 for oil change ! They say they did 5 points checkup. It means they just looked at it. Cheap bastards didn't bother to top fluids and check tire air pressure.They don't give you an itemized bill. So, you don't have any legal prove they checked your breaks and if you get in trouble they can say it wasn't part of the job. Mechanics couldn't explain why they do tire rotation in specific way. Car Manual explains : It needs to check if there is an arrow on your tires. So, they don't know it a they didn't check it. What else they don't know ? Stay away from that place.

Went for a type A service, including oil change and checkup. The list of items Type A service as outlined on a paper on the service dept. wall includes checking lights and brakes. I'd known my tail brake light was faulty beforehand yet they'd failed to detect this as part of the service. The brake pads are very worn but they failed again to detect this too. When confronted on these issues their mind boggling explanation was that the parts department that day was closed! I concur with another reviewer, so glad they aren't the only car shop in town.

I went to purchase a second vehicle for the family since my wife really needed her own vehicle with work. I was helped by Gary, who was very informative and attentive. You rarely find a sales rep who is genuine and honest; Gary tried to get to know my needs and made recommendations to meet my needs. The over all team at Toronto North Mitubishi was fantastic to deal with and I highly recommend their services!

Been a customer there for 2yrs, after buying a car there. Willing to keep the warranty, came coming back for oil changes and service. For every visit, wait time is 1.5-2hrs. Recently, came there to replace the tires- waited 2.5hrs, because they forgot about my car, and it was just standing there for 2hrs. In the end, they charged me the full amount, and dinged me with $4 environmental disposal" fee. Really? I brought in one set of tires

So I purchase a car from them and don't I find out they sold me a lemon. Didn't offer me any warrenty and even when I asked just ignored it and continued explaining other stuff. They told me the car was in perfect condition other than brakes will need to be done in 6-8 months. And since I've got the car 4 months ago I've put over $3000 of work into it cause of all the problems. I was hoping getting my car from a dealership would be a safe bet but I definitely regret it a lot. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Purchased a new RVR from this dealership and recently went in for the fourth oil change. I waited two hours to have the oil change done today and even verified with the service manager that I wanted my car washed as well because they forgot the last two times. The manager told me oh yeah they wash it all the time" when I got my keys from him he told me it was washed and ready. I went to pick up the car and it wasn't washed

Just bought a bmw from here 2 weeks ago. Funny thing it wasn't the car that amazed me, it was the service that was impeccable. Best person to speak to is Christian, listens to his clients with patience and respect. Never pushy. I strongly suggest speaking with him if you intend on pre-owned or new, either way he'll assist you with no pressure. Overall the experience was gratifying.

I recently brought a Mitsubishi to this dealership for servicing and spoke to the service coordinator Paige. Paige was professional, well spoken and extremely helpful with answering all my questions. I felt extremely comfortable and reassured. She's an asset to your establishment. Thanks to the service advisor and tech who also did a fabulous job!!! Amazing service team!

I highly recommend this dealership! I purchased a used BMW from them last week and I have nothing but great things to say about them, and more specifically, Christian. The entire process was easy, hassle-free, and professional. I didn't get the typical used car sales experience, and wasn't pressured in the least. If you're looking for a vehicle, I would high recommend asking for Christian as he was honest, helpful, and really went out of his way to get a few extra things done for me.
