Stubbe Chocolates
Best chocolate in town. I’ve seen the reviews and some say there’s a smell. Yes there is!! Of sweet sweet chocolate. As soon as you walk in the store you will be mesmerized with the amount of options ranging from gluten free options to dairy free, even in the cakes. My favourite chocolate bar is Caramel milk chocolate and my favourite truffle is the raspberry champagne.

We got the pistachio mango chocolate cake today for a birthday. We preordered and picked it up with no issues. The staff were very nice. The cake was absolutely delicious. Perfect level of sweetness in all of the layers. We will come back again.

Amazing selection of chocolate and very helpful and friendly staff! Cakes and chocolates are delicious. Especially love the hot chocolate. There is free WiFi in the store and a small cozy seating area with 3 tables so you can enjoy your hot chocolate right on the spot. The owner is super nice and welcoming. I would love to come back to this store. I like the fact that it is family owned and they actually take care of their customers. Too bad the store is moving out from the downtown area.

This is an excellent chocolate shop. I've gone to Soma in Toronto, LA Burdick in the US, and have tried a ton of other small speciality chocolate shops across North America. This store truly stands up to the best. The truffles (especially special milk and special dark) are incredible special, their orange chocolate is fabulous. This store is expensive, but I'd take 4 truffles from Stubbe over a 1LB chocolate bar from the grocery store any day. The items they make are so special.

Ordered the mango pistachio cake and it was so good. The mango was a bit tart so it's not overwhelmingly sweet. There are 3 layers of mango in between pistachio sponge cake and the top is dark chocolate glaze. It's a great choice if you're looking for something less chocolate here.

I heard this was the place to get cake if you love chocolate! I got the truffle cake for my birthday and it was amazing! One of my favourite cakes I have ever had. Can’t wait to try more cakes and to try their chocolates.

Their chocolate cakes are excellent! Moist and not too sweet, with lots of selection. Great quality chocolates, always go to pick up some as gifts for different holidays.

Exvellent welcoming and service. I didn't taste chocolate but I will know later. The store is clean and there is a good selection of chocolate. The associate that served me was very attentive to my needs

I was gifted a small box of chocolate. I was amazed by the look and taste of it, I had to give a review. I walked multiple times in front of the store but never went inside, I will make sure to stop by next time. The chocolate tastes exquisite!

Went by to try a cake. We got the Pistachio/Mango/Chocolate - definitely unique. Won’t be getting it again, but that’s because we’re looking forward to trying another of their 32 cakes! Staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had as this was our first time visiting. Though the chocolate is very expensive, there’s no question in regards to their artistry and quality! Excited to try new things when we visit again
