Extraordinary service, and meticulous workmanship. Owner on-site conducting or overseeing all of the work. A discerning selecting of cycling products--if they don't have it, you don't it. If you don't have it, you should get one and figure out what it does when you get home.

Great service, friendly staff, good deals. Ive bought 3 bikes from here, and 2 snowboards. I refuse to get my gear serviced anywhere but here. The mechanics are very knowledgable.10/10 would recommend.

I flew down from Montreal for the ITU triathlon race and had a mechanical problem that Gary fixed right away. Not only he told me to come in the store right away, he explained to me what had happened. I was surprised to see such an amazing store with exclusive lines, talented mechanics, warm service. This is a great looking shop, with truly beautiful bikes and gear. Unfortunately I attended with my 10 year old daughter, and we were not made to feel welcome. Single male stasff member at the front did not greet us or acknowledge us, which was disappointing. When we walked into the back three staff members looked at us, but no one said a word...it was a very awkward moment, which I ended by returning to the front and leaving the store. On the way out we were thanked for coming in at least. I have heard several very positive reviews, but my experience was disappointing. Your mileage may vary. I'll give them two stars just for the quality of their gear, but based on my experience I will go elsewhere for my next ride.

I am always amazed how accommodating and friendly they are in this shop. Always appreciate the extra effort to answer questions or help out in a pinch - not to mention the stunning bikes they sell.

I had no idea these guys existed. Who knew PRW was a bike shop.Where most of the bike shops end in terms of quality and high end delivery, these guys begin. Their bike stock is exceptional. It's a small set of bikes they have but it's all of impeccable quality.Price ranges are higher obviously. But you get what you pay for. Dedicated service and attention beyond compare.

This is a very good bike shop, with excellent customer service. Guri in particular is fantastic to deal with.

Excellent service from everyone involved in the bike shop. It was obvious I didn't know cycling at the level the guys in the shop have but they made me feel at home and helped me along the way to buying a bike. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend to anyone.
