Do not trust your items with these people. If you are a working person, you will never be able to get them back because they CONSTANTLY close before their hours say. Three times, I have gone at 5 or 5:30 and they were already closed, when closing is supposed to be 6. Hours and service are the WORST, DO NOT PAWN ANYTHING HERE!

Hours say 10 am-7pm on Saturday and it's currently 4:55 pm as I write this on a Saturday and they're not open.. May be a better experience if they update their hours

I love going there. I'm like a kid in a candy store in there, they have everything from musical instruments to tools to jewelry to motorcycle helmets to video games to TVS, etc... And if you have something to get rid of, they'll buy it off you. Very polite staff.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE...I bought a gold pendant from these idiots...I asked before I bought the item...everything they told me was a lie...pendant fell apart 4 days later...I will never go back to these jerks again...go to any other buy and sell store but stay far away from this store...money hungry people they will tell you anything to get your money...DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there with a brand new set of high performance pirreli winter tires mounted and balanced and tried to sell them, I was asking $850.00... mind you they were brand new and used for one week so they had full tread. They owner told me that they were only worth $100.00... the next day I sold them on kijiji for full asking price. I will never go there ever again, he is cheap and a big rip off. By the way I priced them 50% of what I payed for them.

Ryan lee will go back on his word **the receipts and verbally talking to him is useless as he as an excuse to everything and brushes you off . if you call in after asking about something he's quick to say oh I have customers here sorry " been there quite a few time s and the foot traffic is absolutely little (to be nice )- to none . His service skills and quality are absolutly dirt . Cambridge pawn shop by Ainslie term is best"
