I was suffering from daily headaches, tension and pain in my upper back - I found myself standing against a wall in meetings, trying to relieve the pain, using foam rollers of all kids and having to roll every night to try and relieve the back pain and headaches.After one visit to Vente, the headaches were gone and I felt no more discomfort. I was shocked. As the website states, this massage is not about relaxation, or a spa experience -this is a treatment. Alfie is great at letting you know what to expect as he works on you, whethr it's a burn, zing or tension, you knew what was coming.I've visited many massage therapists, always looking for one that would go deep enough to make a difference. I can not say enough good things about Alfie. He has a natural talent and instinct for getting to the root of, and treating pain that is uncanny. With his wife Sandra manning the phones every session is pleasant from booking to end. Alfie's expert grasp of anatomy and innate talent and focus get results every time. I have been seeing Alfie for the past six months and the impact on my overall health has been amazing. I had been experiencing chronic pain and tightness in my hips and pelvis and had been misdiagnosed as having a hamstring injury from running. I came to Vente Pain Relief based on reviews not knowing what to expect but am I ever glad I did! I had been waking up with headaches and my dentist was pushing me to get my wisdom teeth out. Low and behold my gut feeling that this pain was more directly related to my jaw turned out to be true and not due to my wisdom teeth. Alfie was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. After my intial appointment he laid out what my treatment plan would be and sure enough within 4 sessions I feel incredibly better both on my jaw but also my neck/back. His approach is exactly what you need if you are looking for a direct and meaningful massage.

Alfie is a top notch massage therapist - he is extremely knowledge about the science behind massage therapy and acupuncture as well as the psychological and physical benefits. I had chronic sciatic pain in my gluteal for 8 months, any time I would sit down I got significant pain, impacting school, work, and my exercise regimen - with acupuncture and massage therapy Alfie was able to eradicate that pain for me! Alfie provides a lot of education during the sessions, helping the patient to understand the source of their pain and their body better. Would highly recommend!

Alfie is very passionate about healing your pain. My neck was so stiff I could barley move when I went in after just one visit my mobility in my neck greatly improved. He explained why this was happening to me what I can do to prevent this from happening . I will continue to see Alfie and highly recommend his services.

Alfie really delivers on his promise of pain relief - he is amazing at pinpointing exactly where the real pain source is, and then working the deep tissue to give relief. The post treatment exercises he assigns also provide ongoing maintenance to limit future pain. He is a master at what he does, a true professional and a really nice guy!
