Depth Training and Physiotherapy Cambridge

I have been a member at Whistle Bear for 8 years. I have recently started to workout at Depth with Kerri. Kerri devoped a program to address some specific goals that I had. In short time, I have seen significant improvements in the areas I wanted to address. Kerri is very professional, knowledgeable and encouraging. I would recommend giving Depth a try to address any physical health goals you may have.

I have been a member at Whistle Bear for the past seven years and thoroughly enjoy all my time spent at the club.Over the past couple of years I have made great use of the gym facilities which have been incorporated into the mix and are certainly a welcome addition to Whistle Bear.Depth has done a great job in outfitting the gym with a blend of state of the art equipment, a welcoming space and most importantly a very knowledgeable and professional staff.I personally have trained with Dean, had chiropractic work done by Danny and most recently a series of Physio sessions with Andrew. All of which have been very beneficial and have aided me in both strength and recovery aspects.As a golf pro myself and a former trainer I have been very pleased and impressed with Depth and the wide spectrum of options available to us as members.I would recommend any and all services that are available through Depth as I know they can be of great benefit to anyone looking for a leg up in the fitness and overall health department.All the best,Gabriel
