A little disappointing! The concept is really nice and the place does look nice but it is a little small for the number of people. It’s quite disorganized, place opened late, stairs to get up to the place so not really convenient with the skates, scooters and strollers, so many people coming in and out, stopping in the middle of the skating rink! It’s still a nice place but needs a little more organization.Make sure you book your tickets online, price is good and website is nicely done!

Overall we enjoyed our time there. Our kids had fun and they had a blast which is the most important aspect for parents. The place was ok, not what I expected, but still did the job for my kids to have a good time for your money. That been said, there is a lot of suggestions I have:- if you have rollerblades, bring them, looks like they either have little inventory or misplaced items.- bring knee pads and helmets if your kids are still learning.- the 9 to noon “family time” is not so friendly, kids are allowed to go in with their scooters and go extremely fast, making accidents and bumping into other skaters.- This is not a so friendly place if your kids are just learning to skate. Now the staff:Girls at the reception were nice and super sweet. The guy watching the rink, was not so nice, he was skating so fast pushing some clients at time and having everyone slow love to the right side. There was a lot of adults and teenagers going absolutely fast during the family hours.Maybe this will be fixed in the future. I will definitely update as I may go back with my kids.

Venue is fun. Good music and bring your own food!Staff, managers & policy are unreal. Lack of communication to English customers make the experience bad!Would recommend going across to English province and have a joyful family time

Good customer service but horrible skate time, they need to have a designated time for “pro” skaters , almost got ran into because they want to do tricks, not kids friendly, other skaters are extremely rude as well.
