I went in and bought two pairs of jeans and was helped by Patrick. His customer service is exemplary and the reason I want to go back there to give him more business. He is such a lovely and genuine presence whose calm demeanour is very welcoming and represented his company extraordinarily well.

Great place to shop! Very personable. Jenn, Patrick and all the staff make me feel welcome and comfortable to shop. They will always go out of their way to find my size in the article of clothing I want. They will always call when there is a sale on to let me know to come into the store and check things out!

I WENT TO YOUR VICTORIA STORE YESTERDAY. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. THERE WERE TWO EMPLOYEES CHATTING AT THE MAIN COUNTER. (ONE OLDER MALE, ONE MIDDLE AGED FEMALE). I WAS LOOKING FOR A PARTICULAR WINTER COAT. I WALKED AROUND THE ENTIRE STORE TWICE SLOWLY. NOT ONLY WAS I NOT OFFERED ANY HELP, I WAS NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED. WHEN I EVENTUALLY WENT UP TO THE COUNTER I SAID TO THEM BOTH QUITE SARCASTICALLY : SO

It was my first time coming to shop here few days ago, and I must say I really loved it. My fiance, at 6ft4in, finds it hard to find appropriatene size clothing in most other clothing retail shops regularly. We were able to find some really nice tops and a few pairs of jeans that fit amazingly. The employee, I believe his name was Patrick, was super through on helping us find sizes and styles that best suited my Fiance's taste. I definitely plan to come shop here again!

Came in and already met with ecstatic representatives. They really guided me through my flattering professional attire. Jennifer and Patrick have been great at building my confidence for looking great whether it be in my jeans or full on fashionable suits. A 100/10 service and I do not take it lightly. A must visit" if you're ever on the look out for rockin' outfits and service!"

although the selection is allotted limited since the pandemic she is making you aware of beautiful items all around for your size and shape.. As always the female manager there is amazing not only does she remember your sizes just by looking at you she is helpful courteous kind and I never leave empty-handed there. Thanks again.

I had really positive shopping experiences here in the past but in my opinion, it's gone downhill. I feel like they misrepresent sales and prices. There are shirts that are clearly on sale when bringing up the website (checked from home) and when I get to the store they are full price as $110. It's only me and the two salesmen in the store and they seem dedicated to being as unhelpful as possible. I asked them and they said they weren't on sale.I was here last week for the boxing day sale and there is a table full of pants and shirts listed as 50% off on the yellow sign but when I got to the til, I hear that some items aren't 50% off because it turns out the table is actually 3 tables put together as 1 but some items are on sale and others not. I feel this is deceitful, as any reasonable person would consider this as one table. So the pants I tried on, thinking they were $55 are actually 100$ after the 10% member discount. I said I didn't like them enough for that price so the person behind the counter tells me he'll give them to me for $55. Not sure if I should be grateful for the discount or concerned that had I agreed to pay full price, I would have overpaid.The whole situation feels like bait and switch. I'm not saying I'll never shop here again but I'll be very careful to look for questionable pricing tactics. It just sucks because the quality of the garments is good but the shopping experience is not.Update: I did what the response suggested and I emailed the address provided, referencing this review. That was no help and they told me they would price match but only if within 14 days. In no way does this address the point I'm making that there are shifty pricing habits at this store. I'm only adding this update so others will know that the company did not address my concerns.

As a male who's on the larger size this place is fantastic. Always hard to find fittings in my sizes from other stores. The store is very welcoming and the atmosphere Is great. Jenn and Patrick are both amazing sales associates. They always help me find exactly what I'm looking for.

I feel this store has just become a giant clearance rack. That's not necessarily a bad thing, just never have my size anymore lol
