We own a 2017 Equinox. I went in town for errands and got a low tire pressure warning, so went to Expert Chevrolet Buick GMC in Hearst to have air put in my tire. Turned out my tire was scrapped due to a large nail on the side of my tire. Service was booked tight for the day but Monique suggested I talk to Yves Bastarache in Parts & Service to see if he had a tire that would fit. After checking my tire Yves said he didn't have any Michelin tires in stock. I explained that we were leaving for a long time in a couple days so he loaned us a comparable tire for the winter and said we could make arrangements for new tires in the spring. All I had to pay for the loan was the installation. Monique in service said that she would make sure to squeeze my car in to fix my tire the same day. I don't live in town so I needed a vehicle. Michel made arrangements for a vehicle. This happened at 10:15 am and I got my car back by 5:00 pm. I'm really appreciative of the service that I received. Actually, since we bought our first Chevrolet in 2017, we have been treated very well by the staff at Expert Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. in Hearst. I would definitely recommend Expert Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. in Hearst.

I live almost 6 hours from this dealer but they had a pre-owned truck with all of the options that I wanted for a very fair price. I dealt with Alex in Sales who answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was very polite and helpful. Within a few days we had a deal worked out including my trade-in.
