Due to the critical nature of our business which supplies components for the power generation industry, we needed to remain as close to 100% capacity as possible.In order to ensure a safe working environment for the 650+ key workers on site we needed to help prevent the risk of COVID-19 spread.Real Time Networks were able to provide Thermal Contactless scanners, which could read temperature and detect masks.The turn around time on both emails responses and ordering were very quick which allowed the project to be implemented ahead of schedule.During the installation of the hardware and software the support and knowledge demonstrated by Real Time Networks was fantastic. The solution was implemented and the first units up and running with within a couple of hours.I completely recommend Real Time Networks who have been amazing during this challenging time, I look forward to continuing to use them going forward.

We have been using our Keytracer System from real Time Networks since January 2019 to manage our stock of keys for 330 apartments. The system allows each staff member a unique log in (with specific access levels) to access the master set of keys. The system allows provides a reliable way to audit all keys held, by providing reports for every key transaction. In property management this is extremely helpful when you have multiple contractors sign out keys at the start of the day and not all are returned. With a click of a button (or 2) we can see exactly who was last to have this key out. We can see the date and time keys were accessed should a resident complaint arise regarding access - we are able to respond confidently having this information. It also stops unauthorised access to keys which is extremely important for property security. Depending on what access levels each user has, the system will not release the keys if the access is not granted. An example of this for us, is we have a corporate let for one of our floors. We are able to grant them access to the keys to their floor but restrict access to all other keys. It reduces the amount of manual admin required with its efficiency. The system itself is extremely user friendly, simply tap the key to the reader to return or pop in the code to release. The customer care support is equally great, if we have any issues, Richard is very quick and responsive.

Key Tracer has changed the way we manage, issue and log keys. The key pad access controls who has access to the keys ensuring only authorised staff log in and out keys.Installing and setting up the key tracer was made easy with detailed videos on what to do and dedicated key account managers who were on the end of the phone when I needed help.Thank you Richard and Tyler, without you guys it would still be in a box!
